Tip #1: ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL to let you decide if this is the right choice for you. Tip #2: If they're running late, be sure to call them to be sure they didn't forget about you, and to remind them that they said 30 minutes, not 1.5 hours. His friendly, non threatening demeanor was welcoming at a time when I was as frustrated as it gets. He proceeded to use a device to unlock the car thinking that a switch inside the car would unlock the trunk. Unfortunately, it was not that easy. We now had to figure out a way to get into the trunk without the ability for the seats to fold down. Chris was extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process.
