Small delicious froyo shop! A lot cheaper than Yogurtland! ~$3-7 for single serving and large sharable servings of froyo. They had a dairy free flavor and no sugar added flavor also! Creamy and delicious! They do offer samples of their froyo flavors, but the only downside is that it isn't DIY so you can't scoop the toppings or get the froyo on your own. Toppings cost an additional $2 :,)

Clean frozen yogurt shop that let's the workers give you samples instead of own self-serve. They have limited flavors but my favorite is their peanut butter! Has a nice nutty taste and the consistency of the froyo is very creamy. Not icy at all. I love how much they give you for their size. I got the mini (~$5) which you can pick up to 2 flavors but I chose to stick with PB. The size is huge the size of your hand (as you can see in my picture below). They have tables in their mini area and give you a lid to take to go as well. They also had toppings for extra charge but I stuck to just the froyo. This is a no froyo shop that does the job taste wise and expect simple flavors and options.

This is my favorite golden spoon location. It's always clean and the employees are friendly. I love coming here for the sugar free strawberry frozen yogurt with peanut butter kind of like a guilt free pb&j. The shakes are good too.

It's been years since I have been to this chain! Mostly because we never had a Golden Spoon very close to where we lived. Now there is one practically in walking distance! I'm not sure if they are all run differently but I remember another Golden Spoon being self serve. Maybe they changed it after the pandemic but honestly, I'm fine with it not being self serve. I never mastered using the froyo nozzles, lol. We just happened to go on a Friday night and apparently there was a special going on where instead of $1.95 for 2 toppings it was only five cents extra! Worth it! The employee was even kind enough to put the toppings on the side for my girls in case they didn't like what they chose (yes, it happens with kids all the time). The soft serve was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of flavors, too! I got the chocolate and. Peanut butter in a mini cup and it was plenty! They fill the cup so high honestly I didn't need any bigger of a size. We will definitely be back again soon! Most likely on a Friday because that $5 mini cup deal is totally worth it!

Came for a little treat. My first impression was ooooooo this is the first time I go to a froyo place and it's not self serve. Not a biggie tbh The menu was pretty simple and straightforward. Will say flavors are a tad bit limited but nothing wrong with that. Makes choosing easy. Am I right. I was debating between a few flavors and they gave me samples!! Always nice to see. I ended up opting for Original tart which for me was a perfect everything for this flavor. Was too sour or sweet. A good balance. And I also got and watermelon Sorbet and as also pretty refreshing to me. So both were a good combination. They had a few topping and I ended up getting mochi as well. The portion was pretty generous. Again I think the portion might vary based on the person but for my mini it was quite enough!!! The inside was super clean. Has a bit of seating, and had a cute little back drop. And it was pretty fast paced at least to me. And the girls were helpful. Would def try again and try out flavors since they switch them out :))

I haven't been to a Golden Spoon in forever so this was a nostalgic excursion! We came after lunch and got there at a good time before the crowd flocked in. The place is clean and they have a cute backdrop for pictures. The staff was nice and efficient. We ordered the strawberry and salted caramel froyo in a cup. We got the smallest size but it was still a generous portion. Strawberry- This was refreshing with a good mixture of sweetness and tartness that tickles your tastebuds. Salted Caramel- Rich and creamy with a deep caramel flavor. The base ice cream had the perfect texture. Great place for something sweet!

Service was good. Place was clean. Fro-yo was delicious. Good topping selection. If you get it in a cone, get your toppings on the side.

Was in the area this evening after a kids event and grabbed some Cauldron. Still fantastic! Made fresh, super creamy and delicious! My wife got the Puffle with Milk & Cereal flavor, enjoyed it a ton. Kids and I all got mint chocolate chip, VERY creamy with big chunks of chocolate. Wish we had one closer to home! Highly recommend.

We ordered three things; mint chocolate chip, rose, and milk and cereal. All with a bubble waffle cone. The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.

We tried the Ube Pandesal Toffee and I'm quite amazed how they were able to capture that unique flavor. I grew up with making an "ice cream" sandwich by putting ice cream in a pandesal and tasting this just unleashed a core memory of being young and making an ice cream sandwich that way. We will definitely be back to try the other flavors! When we arrived there was a few people in line and when the line grew a bit, I think it was a manager that stopped what he was doing to jump in and help with customers which I thought was very considerate of him to do. Lastly, the location was charming and tucked away in the corner of the plaza. It had a few tables outside and in the adjacent Pop Pie shop to sit for a few minutes to enjoy the ice cream! However, I was still more than happy to check them out when my gf suggested coming here. All of their hype and praise was certainly a big reason why, as well as me wanting to see what Persian ice cream tastes like, but, quite simply, how could I ever say "no" to trying a new ice cream shop? Especially to cap off such a warm evening out! While I can't say how this location compares to their spot in LA, I liked how low-key and unassuming this place felt. Past the counter/register, there's a small amount of seating to the back, but there's also a bunch of seats and tables right out in front. More importantly, though, their display case of ice cream is chock full of enticing options. Inspired by ingredients and flavors from around the world, Saffron Rose's roster of flavors is quite diverse. What's more, from their Mango and French Espresso to their Saffron & Pistachio and Passionfruit, they all looked equal parts unique and delicious! -- FRENCH ESPRESSO While it may not have been quite as amazing as I had hoped, this was still pretty good. Although I wish the taste of the espresso had been more robust, it still had a decent coffee flavor to it that I really liked. -- PASSIONFRUIT I got this mostly because I wanted something a bit tart and citric to balance the French Espresso and it did the trick. The passionfruit was refreshing and I liked that the taste of it wasn't overly acidic. -- SAFFRON WITH PISTACHIO Presumably their namesake flavor? Either way, this may not have been my favorite flavor, but it wasn't bad. The taste of saffron was decently strong and I liked how the pistachios in this added some texture. -- MANGO Of all of the flavors I've tried, this is easily my favorite. Not only did it feel rather refreshing (especially on such a warm night), but it also had a surprisingly strong taste of mango to it. -- POMEGRANATE Unfortunately, this was pretty disappointing. Much like when I got the passionfruit flavor, I wanted something fruity and light to offset the pistachio, but this was a little bit sharp and acidic for my liking. -- GREEN PISTACHIO I love pistachios, so I had some high hopes for this one, but it missed the mark for me. For whatever reason, the taste of pistachios didn't come across as well as it did with the other flavors and the chunks of pistachios felt surprisingly soft. -- PINK ROSE My least favorite of the bunch, but, to be fair, I'm also just not a fan of floral flavors and the rose water showed up most prominently in this one. Even though the first couple of bites were okay, the taste of the rose was too much for me after that. Regardless of the flavor, one thing I noticed about Saffron Rose's ice cream is that they're somewhat similar to gelato, but with a slightly gummier texture to them. What's more, all of the ice cream is made with rose water, which, as mentioned, I'm not a huge fan of, though it was pretty subtle in all of them except the Pink Rose. Also, I didn't care for the wafers they give you either. While I appreciate that they can complement the ice cream well (they resembled those classic cake ice cream cones), the wafers had more of a soft, semi-stale texture rather than a crisp one (unless that's they way they're supposed to be). All and all, considering how they're one of the only Persian ice cream joints around, Saffron Rose is by no means bad in any way. At the very least, their ice cream is certainly unique and even better than some of the gelatos I've had. However, as someone who prefers a more classic, creamy scoop of ice cream, I think Saffron Rose is just okay. My gf, on the other hand, is definitely a fan, so I'm sure more scoops of their Mango and French Espresso will be in my future the next time we visit when we're back in town again! THREE AND A HALF STARS rounded down.
