First, the good: the place is clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The service is good, and everyone was sweet and courteous. My friend and I had planned a little foot massage day, and this place was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. For me, a foot massage means exactly that - a FOOT massage. Something relaxing and comforting, especially for people who walk a lot or are on their feet all day. Your heels, arches, and the front of your feet are the areas that really need that nice pressure and attention. That's kind of the whole point. Unfortunately, the description of the foot massage was very different from what I actually received. And just for context, I'm definitely not new to massages. I've had foot massages in many different cities and countries throughout my travels, so I have a pretty good idea of what a foot massage is supposed to feel like. This was NOT a foot massage. I feel bad saying that because my masseuse was a very sweet lady, but she spent almost the entire time intensely pressing and poking my legs with her fingers. It genuinely hurt. I asked her to go easier, but I don't think she understood what I meant. She seemed to think I wanted less pressure overall, when really I was trying to explain that her fingers were literally poking the heck out of my leg bones. Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either. Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, this one was a no for me. Sorry, but no thank you.

Felt great right after, they really helped with the knots in the upper shoulder, if you want more intense pressure, make sure to let them know. Will definitely be coming again for more especially with their discount. The sauna treatment was also nice, same one as the old location. However I believe they are still doing some construction, therefore the room can be put together and cleaned a little bit more. But it does not affect the sauna experience itself. The only thing was the bathroom/shower room isn't as nice as the original location. I understand that they are just settling in and the facility is different. I hope they get the opportunity to remodel it nicely similar to the style and size of the original location. It has the potential to be cleaned up nicer, with more amenities like large towels and a hair dryer. Definitely check out the new location, we were happy to support and hope to see the final results of the place once they completely settle in. Didn't mention this in my other review, but the prices were great. It would be cool if they offered some sort of membership or discount for frequent customers.

Today I had Coco since other reviews called her out and yep she is good. She could tell my left back was more knotted and worked thru it. Every pressure point was spot on. After my massage I felt weird about it so I decided to look behind the mirror and it was a window with a bunch of stickers on it. I was still half undressed and someone opened the room door as I was looking behind the mirror. The door was opened 2 times while I was changing. Staff should not be coming into a room that a customer is changing in! Behind this mirror/window is the masseuse break room... I feel uncomfortable about this. I really do not know if they can see in the room or they just covered up this window gap and there is no ill intention. But the fact I don't know makes me feel strange. Once I walked to the front desk, a few people from the break room came out and -they didn't go into the room the other person from my party was in- they kept going into the room I was in and then turning to look at me. It could be coincidence but it left me feeling weird. Was I not supposed to look behind that?? If you are having customers undress it is really really weird to have a mirror/window leading to the break room...
