He said he would have it ready the next day, which was the same day as the event where it was to be worn. It was ready. The hem was machine stitched and the scarf that was attached to the dress was left off of the dress which made a 3rd trip there to pick it up. $65 and nothing but excuses. No apologies, no adjustment of charges, nothing but excuses. I'll never go there again.
