During my time there, she changed the price 3 times and just seemed condescending overall. I just had an uneasy feeling in my gut, like I was being scammed, so I decided that I would rather just leave and go somewhere else. She proceeded to grab my dress out of my hands and told me she was taking my dress to the back. I told her several times to please let go of my dress and let me leave because I feel uncomfortable, and I do not want to stay. She just kept saying that she needed to take my dress to the back. She would not loosen her grip on my dress. She started yelling and called a man into the room. They proceeded to argue with me for what seemed like 3-4 minutes before I eventually grabbed my dress back and left. Before leaving, I tried to take the ticket that had my name, number, and address on it (because they make you fill it out and pay the full amount BEFORE you pick up your item and I didn't feel comfortable with them having my information). She said it was her property and I couldn't take it. I said that's fine and I scratched out all of my information. (Also side note, that is very strange to specifically ask for an address when it isn't something that is being delivered and I didn't say if I would have paid cash or card yet because we never got to that point so an address wouldn't even be needed). Just such a bizarre experience. I left there physically shaking over the situation.

Mason, the owner, assured me that it would be no problem. I arrived to pick it up 10 days later and it was not done. He said he would have it ready the next day, which was the same day as the event where it was to be worn. It was ready. The hem was machine stitched and the scarf that was attached to the dress was left off of the dress which made a 3rd trip there to pick it up. $65 and nothing but excuses. No apologies, no adjustment of charges, nothing but excuses. I'll never go there again.

Poor workmanship and unorganized. Took a skirt in to replace a broken zipper. I was told to pick…read moreit up on Friday. I returned Saturday and first my skirt could not be found. After 10-15 minutes I was told they had to put the clasp back on. About 10 minutes after that she brings it out, and the workmanship is poor. The zipper is uneven, the clasp is weak and barely connects...as if it was used, and there's a gap in the lining because the zipper is not installed right. I'd hope to use them for other projects but I'm never going back.

Most recently, I took a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed that was pretty detailed with multiple layers. It was ready in a week (likely less than) with no issues and is the perfect length now. They also fixed the hook to make sure it works. Staff is very friendly, and the prices are most reasonable. I am once again a happy customer, and look forward to using them in the future.
