After which they told me to ensure I picked it up the day before. I prepaid. The following week I looked up what time they closed the day I was slated to pick it up as I work far away. I ensured I left work early to be there before their 6 pm closing time. I arrived at 5:26 and upon entering the shop they were shutting off the lights to leave though they specifically told me to pick my garment up on this day. I didn't make a fuss as I understand life happens but I was a little surprised they would have closed up without letting customers slated to pick up their garments know. Upon reviewing the dress at home I was as super surprised to see that they didn't even take the time to steam it. It was a brand new dress upon drop off never worn and upon pick up it looked as if it had been balled up. I must mention that when I dropped the garment off I specifically heard them telling another customer that was disputing their prices that a lot of attention and detail goes into their work as they finish by steaming the garments.
