It was the first time I've ever done hibachi with food delivery and was hesitant on doing it. I am on the road with work, didn't want to leave my hotel and wanted some good steak. I'll also add that the value was there as well. 32 bucks for the hibachi plate. Not bad compared to other hibachi restaurants. What bothered me most wasn't even the additional charge, but how the situation was handled. A simple misunderstanding turned into an unnecessary argument, which really left a bad impression. Definitely not the customer service we expected.
