He took a year, asked for money that was not in the contract, could never get ahold of him and constantly tried to change the pricing of our contract. When we told him we weren't happy and tried to explain why he said he doesn't read emails more than a paragraph long. He constantly talked down to us, used fowl language and when we tried to get out of the contract and even pay him an extra $1,000 just to go away he sued us. He even told us if we found someone cheaper that he would not only let us out of our contract but that he would pay us our money back. When we went to court we showed this information to the judge and she said tough it doesn't matter what he says or promises if it isn't in the contract than it doesn't matter. I read David M.'s review from Oceanside and it was literally like reading what happened to us. I don't understand how this man is able to get away with this. When he threatened us he said if we don't pay him he will sue us and just to let us know he has successfully sued 46 people and won. How he keeps getting away with this is beyond me. What a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hire!

We confirmed an appointment from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the Temescal area of Corona. Despite his office being located in Corona, he stated he was unable to find the property, even after I provided clear directions. My elderly parents were present at the property to assist, and I had arranged to meet him during my lunch break from work. Upon arrival, I found no issues accessing the property there were no "large rocks" blocking the entrance as he claimed. Unfortunately, he had already left before the scheduled time without proper communication. Instead, he states that we send photos of the structure. This experience was a significant waste of time and demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for our schedule. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.
