However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

Getting a quote via text was easy, and they were able to schedule me a few days out. I texted occasionally with questions that came up and they always got back to me within 30 minutes. For the day of the job: they had a cancellation and offered to bump up my appointment, which was great. Carol, Abigail, and Lucia showed up on time and were very friendly. Honestly I was embarrassed to show them the condition of the unit, but they got right to work and are obviously extremely skilled, as this was a very tough job. I was really pleased not only with how thoroughly they cleaned it, but also how efficiently. I also opted for a deep clean of an area rug, which looks very good now. I understand mistakes happen, but it was not reported, just propped up to hide that it was broken. I reported the issue and a service rep got back to me and ending up giving me a small refund of $40. Despite these issues, I was still planning to give them another try. Fast forwards several weeks, I received a text message about a promo and decided to move forward with booking, with a willingness to commit to several cleanings with this company. I was told that I had been scheduled and confirmed, only for 10 min later to receive another message stating "After reviewing availability and internal guidelines, we're not able to move forward with this promotion." I asked if this was because of my feedback from my initial appointment and received no response. I then decided to try calling and it was at the time I realized that I was blocked. I find this very weird and unprofessional, and thusly would not recommend their services.
