They have only one menu on the wall which says Beef Lula $10,99. After I placed my order I was told $16,99. When I asked why it's $16,99 I was told it is old menu on the wall. When I asked where I can find new menu, I was told they don't have it. "Nice" business and actually it is a violation of consumer laws. read more

If only I'd seen all the reviews about the rude customer service -- I totally agree with everything that's been written. I was lucky to get seated and then completely ignored throughout my entire meal. I barely got her attention early on to ask for water, and got a water bottle that I soon learned added $1 to my bill (I'd only wanted tap). And then I couldn't pay with my company card since they only accept cash or ATM. The food was bland (compared to other nearby Armenian places) and the salt shakers were empty. Oh, and I was excited to see that they had khinkali on the menu (I've been to Georgia), but she was rude in the way that she told me they were out. The family and I wanted to try someplace new tonight so we remembered seeing GoldenFork near our home. We walked in and didn't expect much but we were blown away. The dining area was really nice but the food was amazing! We had the beef and chicken lula kabob plates! The meat was juicy and tender and the rice was amazing. Just be careful with the grilled jalapeño they give you. They are really spicy! Overall it was great and inexpensive will definitely add this place to our dine in/ take out list! read more

Worst, worst customer service ever. They never own up to their errors and when you call them they hang up on you and don't even try to call back they don't pick up. They are over priced and food isn't that good either. Think twice before you order or eat there. With that attitude they probably spit in your food. read more

Located in a small strip mall, this Armenian/Russian restaurant is a great little spot to enjoy some delicious food. The area is not so great, but the food certainly makes up for it. We ordered ghinkhali, beef and chicken lule kabob, lamb chops and chicken breast kabob as the meats and fries, eggplant salad, and cucumber yogurt salad as side dishes. I would rate each one of those a 5 out of 5 except the lamb chops, which seemed to be a little dry and gave them a 3 out of 5. Service is great! The server comes around every few minutes to clean up the table, change plates, clean up dirty napkins, provide refills and so on. It's not a big restaurant. It's about as big as your average mini mart store. It can seat probably about 20 to 25 people max. There is no dance floor and no music. They do however, have a TV and take out as well. Their prices are very affordable. We ended up paying $40 / per person and we were stuffed. You can bring your own alcohol and there is no cork fee (Yay!). Overall, I think they nailed it with the focus on good food. read more

I have a love and hate relationship with this place. Love the xinkali there (mainly the only thing I order) but hate the inconsistency of both the service and availability of it. There's no rhyme or reason as to why it's available on some days/nights and not on other nights. If it's one of ur most popular items on the menu wouldn't you care to supply the demand? We made a $200 to go order for my husbands employees and instead of being grateful and showing some good customer service, knowing that we are all struggling business wise during this time, the lady was EXTREMELY rude to my husband when we picked up our order. My family hardly ever orders take out when we have celebrations, but this year we decided to play it easy on ourselves and order food instead of making it. We ordered several things: Trays of Kabob, lamb, and grilled potatoes, as well as a variety of salads. The chicken kabob was subpar (not spectacular or even good), and everything else was horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE. The potato was undercooked, the salads did no justice for traditional Mediterranean cuisine, and worst of all some of the meats had a questionable odor. I will never buy from this place, again. Very good quality, and certain kebabs the best. The workers there dont know much english, and give acceptable service. Im sure if you speak armenian, its different. Heck the sign outside is not in English. Its in Armenian and Cyrillic . You pretty much have to order the number of the dish and not ask for anything special. They dont have good selection of sauces. No garlic sauce :( The sit down area seems to always be taken up by armenian folks who like to smoke :( Their windows dont even open. Its like a "sealed" room separate from kitchen/order area. Also recommend bringing cash. They do atm, but at 5 dollar increments. They will supply the difference in cash. Its really better suited for take-out, and looks to be a great place to do a large catering order. Again for all its "quirks" its highly recommended. Not the greatest customer service by any means, BUT possibly THE GREATEST food ever. Beef lula kebab is by far my favorite. If your you tell them, they will have your order ready in a huge bread, with the center cut out and all of your food in it. That bread itself is amazing too. I was really looking forward to finally checking out this place, as many of my friends told me that the food is fantastic. When we go there, we had to enter it from the kitchen area, even though they have a full on seating area that's well furnished. We started our order with 2 appetizers (baked potatoes - pletsh) and mushrooms & hummus. Also we added an order of sturgeon plate and filet mignon. When we told them we wanted to eat in, they were surprised and immediately informed us that they were closing at 9pm, like they didn't even want us to go in. It was 7pm and we only wanted it dinner. We were told to sit anywhere we want, so we did. After the first 5 mins, the lavash and hummus were brought in. The other 2 appetizers were missing. The appetizers ended up coming as part of the main dish, and all the extra stuff such as rice, French fries, were completely forgotten about. We didn't make a fuss about it. Besides from bringing us the food, not once did anyone come to check up on us to see how our food was. I have to admit, the only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star is because the food was fantastic. They did a really good job making it. However, I'm all about service, and that was all together absent. The only thing we could hear is people screaming and laughing in the kitchen with a loud music. About 10 minutes before we left, they finally decided that it would be appropriate to play music in the dinning area. I left feeling extremely disappointed. This place has such a great potential, a great space, and a nice ambiance. As a fellow Armenian, I really wanted this place to be amazing so I can bring my foreign friends to introduce them to Armenian Cuisine. Until the service is fixed, I will only order to-go. I hardly write reviews but this one called for it. Horrible service. Got there at 8 pm. The rude waitress and another guy part of the family mafia was sure to remind us multiple times that they close at 9. It was five of us so I thought that was good business for them, but... The atmosphere was so cold and unwelcoming we felt very uncomfortable the whole time. I ordered borscht which was on the menu and should be a staple item, the waitress looked at me like I ordered a Beijing duck. She said "borscht?!? NO borscht!" The food was below average, ok but nothing special, but the pork was raw. They didn't take my credit card and charged me $1.50 service fee for using my debit card!! I wouldn't ever go back.
