Looking at it, I suspect it may have been a lower-quality cut such as skirt steak, flap meat, chuck steak, or something similar, but I honestly do not know for certain. What I do know is that it did not resemble the quality, texture, or appearance that most people expect when ordering steak. I've included a photo so others can judge for themselves. This wasn't a one-time mistake. I had a similar experience before but decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the second experience was no better than the first. My impression is that customers are being charged for what they expect to be a lean steak, but are being served a much cheaper and lower-quality cut. Whether that's actually the case, I can't say for certain, but that's exactly how it felt based on what was served to me. As a result, I won't be returning. If you're considering the chicken and steak combination entrée, I'd recommend choosing something else.
