Wanted the 15 piece meal, woman at counter said they only had 14 pieces(not freshly made) did not many sides to choose from, mashed potatoes came with no gravy. Over the past two years I've noticed high employee turnover, but there was recently a change in management/ownership and it seems like they are humming along smoothly. I'm only supposed to eat white meat of fowl and fish (which I don't like), so if I order a chicken breast meal for takeout and get home to find I have a thigh rather than a breast is quite disturbing. That happened to me several times--I finally wised up and check the order before leaving. Have not had this particular problem recently. Also I prefer the new pricing structure. I hope this new management makes a go of it and can get back some of its prior customers who gave up with too many foul ups with orders. read more

This place has become very disappointing, especially if you go after 7:30 pm. The employees are wanting to get out of there as soon as possible and tell you there are no more fries or okra, and serve cold chicken that has been laying around for who knows how long. The owner or manager need to show up sometime after 8 pm to see what's going on there. We'll not be back. read more

This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this place. First time was a couple years ago not long after they opened. I figured it's because they were new, so I gave it some time and took the risk of eating there again yesterday. 2hrs after eating there, I became achy, nauseous, and temperature went way up. Also headache. Today it's more of the same, but way worse. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. This place is very average. Not great, not bad either. I would say it's probably not worth the money. Me and my son got some chicken strips and fried okra and jalapeño poppers. Not horrible, but next time I'll just wait to go to chick filet or get Aldi red bag chicken. Overall, very mediocre. read more

The food is your usual decent quality. The service on the other hand, the site manager needs to do a better job training. We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes at the order board when told "be right with you" before the order was taken. It's not the workers fault. It's the management. You are failing for your business. Do better. Also, just go inside, might be a couple seconds quicker. read more

It was much better than I expected for drive through! They get 5 stars because the girl at the drive though window was genuinely nice (very rare for fast food) but I won't get on my rant... Stopped by there today, June 26, 2019, and was absolutely surprised by the great attitude of the employee tasked to work the drive-thru window. For starters, I very rarely get food at a local place like this. Never Burger King, never McDonald's (which is the absolute worst in my opinion), never KFC. I just so happened to spend all day moving and hauling furniture around and was so exhausted that I didn't feel like cooking anything that day. When it was my turn to pull up to the speaker and order my food, I was surprised to hear a voice so happy and cheerful on the other side. I mean, when I got to the window, I had to get her name. Her name was Nora and I was ecstatic to run into someone so cheerful and peppy that I couldn't help but leave a review today. She eas rather nice and offered up a great, albeit rather short, conversation since it was busy at the time. And the food was delicious, by the way. If any of the managers see this, take note and learn from Nora. That woman, just by her attitude alone, deserves probably more than they pay her. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal which was on special for $6. The chicken was good though the tenders were small. I was a little disappointed as I expected nice big tenders but these were only about an inch and a half long. You can get honey or your choice of several different dipping sauces. The meal came with one side and I chose okra which was excellent. It also comes with a roll and a drink. I was pleasantly surprised to see free ice cream and cones for dessert as I did not see this advertised. It's in a machine on the counter near the drinks and it's for dine-in customers only. I only saw one person get a cone so I'm not sure if it's good or not because I did not try it either. I did think it was a nice gesture though. All in all I don't think I'll be going back though the food was good I wasn't really full when I left. read more

Excellent chicken! Tender, juicy, spicy...for a fast food place it is great. Better than KFC, on par with Chick-fil-a.

I wish I could give this restaurant less than one star. This was the MOST TERRIBLE MANAGER customer disservice I have ever experienced in my life! Do not expect chicken wings from this establishment, nor should you expect decent compensation or your money back should you be dissatisfied in any way.
