Said it would be 10 minutes. so did my shopping in walmart & on the way out stopped to pick up the cookies. they were not in a tray as advertised. They were in separate little bags in a larger bag. When I asked why the cookies were not on a tray the response was "we don't have trays" . Not an i am sorry or any sort of apology . When I got home to put them on a tray, they were all stuck together, as the ladies had taken them out of the oven and put them in bags while they were still hot. Needless to say I was not happy. So be warned that Subway has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give less then a 1 star rating I would do so. It would be a minus 10.
