I don't know what to say , I'm almost always dissatisfied with the quality of service. I've taken this cab a few times as I don't always have access to a personal vehicle. However , one of the first occasions I took this cab they were on their cellphones talking and a couple of the drivers are distracted drivers . The driver has made errors at an intersection due to distracted driving and has made me feel unsafe. Another cab driver smokes and it always smells like cigarettes in there not sure if he smokes in there (really seems like it). Very late prior to pick up. I've been over charged a few times due to them never turning on their meter. Prices are different every time even when going to the same place. Do not recommend this cab. read more
