We stayed in Room 7 which was a suite for two, king size bed, queen size sofa bed, wet bar with refrigerator, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, jet tub and........ are you sitting down?.... a marble shower with 5 shower heads! Months after staying here, I still think about the 5-head shower! Soooo niiiiiiiicccccceeee! Very affordable at $159 to $249 Canadian depending on what time of year. This was a very comfortable room, and I wouldn't mind either staying in this one again or trying another one here. Love this inn! Highly recommended!

But when we got in, I was definitely glad this was the only place left. It does not disappoint. For one, it's very spacious. The motel we stayed in had two separate bedrooms: and a tv right in front of each bed. Great for different people to watch different channels in the different rooms. It was also very clean and tidy. The staff cleaned up well, although they left some supplies in our room one time. That wasn't a biggie - just a small, careless mistake that was probably just a one time occurrence. The facilities also included a fitness room (kind of small, though, but at least it existed!), a pool, a water slide, and a hot tub. The wifi worked well and was very quick as well. There was a decent breakfast in the morning, and the lobby has cookies + popcorn + juice machine available in the afternoon/evening. Kids loved this! In our place, we had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and coffee maker. Overall, a great place to stay in Hinton! Would definitely recommend: and not too expensive either.

My wife choose this hotel after reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor and Google. Reservations were made months in advance. We reserved a room with a king bed. No upgrades were given. They gave us the room we booked. The room was comfortable with a small couch, work station, and a TV. The bathroom was okay. Surprisingly, they provided small bottles of soap, conditioner and shampoo. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning downstairs. They have a small breakfast area with plenty of seating. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, breads and yogurt. They had 2 waffle makers with only one that actually worked. Juice and coffee were available. The breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. They have a small gym with treadmills, ellipticals and a bike. Dumbbells are available if you need to lift weights. All the machines worked. Sanitizing wipes are available for you to clean the equipment after use. It was a decent hotel gym. Overall, this is a decent hotel. It is close to Jasper. The town of Hinton had plenty of restaurants that serve Indian food and places for you to visit.

Our family rented out their 7 rooms and home for a family gathering to pay our last respects to a love one that passed. They did everything they could, including letting us tent camp on their property when our camping arrangements fell through. Internet is spotty, cable limited and the accommodations are older and modest, but very clean and comfortable. That's why they didn't earn the full 5 stars. They're perfect for staying in the backcountry and you won't find friendly folks.

After looking at how uninhabitable it was we went to inform the man working the desk. He asked to come see it and then told us he would see but didn't know how to process a refund and could just put us in a different room. We asked again for the refund and he handed us a paper saying we checked in at 5 pm pacific time and its past a refundable time since we've been checked in 2 hours. We have time stamps proving we were at the property less than 45 min. He refused to help further and said Expedia would have to refund us . We called Expedia and they told us it was actually up to him and he was refusing to help. To note this booking for one night was $312 a night. RIDICULOUS . This place and it's customer service is deplorable. You couldn't pay me to stay here.

The teepee itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The teepee is right on the river, and it is extremely peaceful and quiet. Our first trip to Canada was extra spectacular because we got to stay in a teepee - how neat is that?! We can't wait to do it again!
