We have met other couples who have never met their day-of coordinator nor communicated with them. This surprised us as that was not the case with Danielle. Danielle is thorough with every single detail and will help coordinate all of the vendors. She helps to organize your timeline as well as gives you tools to organize preparation for decor. Danielle was personable and warm to communicate with. She truly knows her craft well and does it with the utmost diligence, timeliness, and professionalism. Additionally, what makes having her help so sweet is that Danielle is such a genuine and kind person to be around. Originally we hired her for week of coordination, but she made herself available for more than that week to help get the day organized. She called all vendors and organized everything to make scheduling easy and also helped us ask the right questions that i would have never thought of. On our wedding day, we were expecting rain and wanted to have our wedding outside. She tried her best to work with the venue in order to make it possible. Candace knows a good mix of giving her thoughts but also allowing us to make our own decisions. She's very patient and never once appeared to be frustrated. I feel like TBC and AAC together is like a wine and cheese pairing. You need both to have a great time! I was introduced to The Bar Caterer when I went to Fete the Venue in Costa Mesa for the South Asian Bridal (SAB) Show in January this year. I was actually there for my DJ/Lighting job at 3D Sounds lol. I was on the hunt for a bar caterer. Low and behold I meet Carlos Valdez bartender. He is one of TBC's managers. We clicked right away and exchanged information. Next thing you know he emails me right away and connects me with AAC! Funny thing is I had two back-to-back March events and I ended up hiring this wonder catering duo TBC and AAC together for both of my corporate events! One was with Pacific Chorale on a beautiful (no rain) Sunday at the Lido Theater in Newport Beach and the other that following Tuesday in Irvine for a Chinese company called Headwin. [Bonus: The Vice Mayor of Irvine was at the Tuesday event and he was raving about the catering services] During the entire planning process Carlos was awesome! He was fast at getting back to my emails and texts. He had site visits to review logistics with me. His knowledge and experience was so top notch! He even did some personal phone calls to make sure everything was going well and if I needed anything to make this event a success. I can definitely tell that he, like myself, has worked all lines of the event service industry and I appreciate how much hard work he put into my two March events. On the day-of event for both events -- his team showed up on time, setup efficiently and safely. He was personally on-site to my Irvine corporate event. Even though he wasn't there at the Lido Theater event, his support staff were great to work with and had no issues in terms of what the client ordered. I felt like both events the guests enjoyed the experience! The only difference was my Irvine corporate event had a higher bar package, which was the Call Bar, that included the Signature Cocktail. They totally loved that personable element and we had to choose a red drink since their company color was red. We chose a Strawberry Mule and it was so good! Lots of guests liked the refreshing taste. The Lido Theater event had the Soft Bar, which only included wine, beer, and soft drinks, which was perfect for a Sunday afternoon event. The detail photos only came out for the Irvine event. I will definitely upload the Lido Theater event photos because that bar we used the theater's existing refreshment counter. It looked so classic! Now for future events -- I will hands down work with TBC again and look forward to working with Carlos more! I am so thankful of the SAB Show and the serendipitous moment that has connected me to TBC. Cheers!
