    AVOID THIS COMPANY MORE THAN YOU'VE EVER AVOIDED A COMPANY BEFORE. I WISH I had read the reviews before booking this company, but - of course - we need moving companies ASAP in stressful moments in our lives. RED FLAG: you are not allowed to use credit cards to pay the deposit, which means you can't dispute the charge. Built into the contract - which you're pressured to sign by being told they can't hold the move if you get off the phone - is that you contractually agree you won't put a stop on the wire payment. In my case, like so many others here and on Better Business Bureau, the move was cancelled by Gold (which turned out to be a blessing, based on how many customers belongings were damaged or outright stolen), and it has been 8 weeks without a refund of the $1,305 I paid them. I was initially told 12-14 days, then 4-6 weeks, and I have gotten the same exact verbiage as other reviewers as to why I still don't have my money. "Busy time of year," "inadequate staffing for COVID," "normal processing times," "it's still in the 'processing' phase." This week, I was told that Gold "unfortunately switched banks" (???) which restarted the clock and added another 3-5 weeks "for processing". They must have a scripted list of excuses to avoid refunding you, I'm just waiting for "my dog ate your refund..." Sometimes when I call, they don't even ask for details of my move, they just automatically tell me that "unfortunately, there's been a delay..." if that gives you any clue of the volume of customers calling upset about the theft. Honestly, I think this company's business model is to hope customers get tired and forfeit their deposit. This experience has been so uniquely horrific and exploitative that I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 star reviewers are fakes. As I note, all of the five star reviews are posted around the same time, with accounts that have no other reviews to their name... Class action lawsuit, anyone? Honestly, get in touch if that's something you're interested in. It's much less costly to sue as a group!

    It has been over two months since my guaranteed delivery date. They are brokers not movers and they don't care about you or your things. I have contacted them multiple times given different dates and I still don't have my things. The contractor they hired to move my things has blocked me and I have no idea where my things are. I am filing a claim and my insurance is doing an investigation. I have filed complaints with the BBB AND FSCMA. Pretty sure they are a scam and you and your things are not protected. This is my ENTIRE home that was supposed to be moved. They picked up and now crickets. Loving in empathy apartment with my child. Bought one bed Bc my I distance company called and finally got Gold Standard to explain how to file a claim (against not them but the freight company the used). This can take up to NINE months. They do not accept credit card at pick up and I'm yet to see about delivery. They need to be SHUT DOWN. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

    My experience with All My Sons moving:…read more Do not hire this company is the first thing that I would say for the following reasons. The first reason is the company's and its employees' failure to come to the site prepared. I had two phone calls the day before the two employees arrived to explain what I needed packed. I asked if I needed to provide any packing materials, and I was assured that the company would provide them, which turned out to be a lie. During the phone call, I explained that I have a sectional sofa, two matching recliners, two nightstands, a dresser, a dining room table and chairs, a sleeper sofa, and (1) an 82-inch TV, and (2) a 55-inch TV. The televisions were all wall-mounted and would need to be removed from the wall before packing. All of my furniture was going into a POD that would be picked up the following day. When the employees arrived, they did not have enough packing materials to complete the job, and they complained that they had been given the assignment at the last minute. These two employees placed all of my leather furniture into the pod without wrapping the items in anything that would protect the leather. I even heard one employee tell the other that they needed to hurry. See, employee one wanted to be done with the job in time to go watch his son's football game. In total, I had 4 televisions; however, the ten-year-old 40-inch television in the master bedroom only needed to be removed from the wall and left in the room. What I told the employees was this: "The 82-inch TV needs to be removed and packed." I walked into the master bedroom. This TV needs to be removed from the wall and left leaning against the wall; it's not going with the pod." I walked him upstairs, where each of the guest bedrooms had a fairly new 55-inch smart TV. Me, "I need both of these tv's removed from the walls and packed. I do have one TV box. I'll go tomorrow and get another TV box. WHAT WAS DONE: The employees removed all the televisions, placed one of the 55-inch TVs into the U-Haul box designed for such TVs; however, the TV was not wrapped in a blanket to protect it from damage, and none of the foam inserts were used. It was just left in the box leaning against the wall by the front door. After the employees were paid and quickly left, I discovered several things. The claim that the pod was full and could not hold any more boxes was a lie. With my aunt's help, I placed at least 8 more medium-sized U-Haul boxes into the pod. In addition, while packing those additional boxes, I noticed a small, wrapped item beneath the 55-inch TV box that was leaning against the wall. ALL My Sons hires' thieves: I unwrapped the TV and discovered that the old 40-inch TV, which should have been left in the master bedroom, was wrapped in a blanket, and the other 55-inch TV was gone. Yes, one of the thieves stole my 55-inch TVs and tried to hide his crime by wrapping the old 40-inch TV in a blanket and placing it behind the 55-inch TV, leaning against the wall. I had to fight to get my TV back, and the argument given to me was that I told the employee that I did not want the TV. My question will always be: what gave him the right to walk out of my house with anything, under the impression that because I said I didn't itemize one, he could take the more expensive item number too? The other issue I have is that the 55-inch TV was stolen on Friday and wasn't returned until Saturday. The TV was brought back wrapped in a blanket. The TV was unwrapped so that my sister could inspect it and plug it in to make sure it worked. After, she verified that the TV worked. The employee for All My Sons walked out with the blanket, so they did not re-wrap the TV. I give this company an F. The employee clearly stole the TV and was not even fired for theft; they just claimed this was a misunderstanding. Shelia C.

    First and foremost they sent over 2 inexperienced college aged movers in a truck that was extreme…read moreold..but turns out the 2 kids doing the move were great, worked hard and got the job done...unfortunately they put a 10 inch scratch in an originally priced $2500 LED TV...among other small damages..we chalked those up to just the inexperience..a deep scratch on the screen is not repairable and the tv needs to be replaced...we filed the necessary claim form with their insurance company (they offered a small discount but it was hardly the cost of repair/replace of tv)...after filing claim we did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using. Before it got to Vermont it was then wrapped in a clear plastic but was soaked inside. I sent them pictures of the water on the mattress. It is ruined. They no longer sell this mattress but the link included is a comparable mattress. I'd like to be paid out $950 for the mattress they ruined. They advised me to file a claim with CSI, I did on August 22nd, CSI Closed it on November 21st and said they no longer do business with Finest Fellas Moving, to contact them. I contacted them on November 21st to follow up on the claim, on November 24th they responded with "Good morning, We have received your claim information and it is currently being processed. The pending claim you have with CSI has been transferred back to us for further processing. We will update you on the status of your claim within the next 14-21 days. I needed to pack up a 5 bedroom house Because my family had passed away, and I was dealing with that. Your company assured me of the best quality and you guys would take care of everything. Your guys completely mishandled, delicate and irreplaceable breakable stuff that was hand painted by my great-grandmother. It's irreplaceable. Here, guys ended up throwing stuff out the bedroom windows and leaving it in the yard. I have pictures Including broken glass left for somebody who was handicapped to deal with. And I think you took advantage of a handicapped woman. Your employees decided to take it upon themselves. After going through stuff in my garage and during a break, your employees decided to ride hoverboards that you had no business being on. You also stated in our final conversation that you were going to send me some money back or put it back on my credit card. Which never happened, so you lied. And again, I felt taken advantage of first for being handicapped, and then for being a woman, because you kept asking where my husband was
