Called All Floors of Orlando November 2024 to report that the hardwood floor they installed years…read moreearlier was fading in certain spots. They came over took pictures and said it appeared to be a manufacturer defect and that they would file a claim. Fast forward almost a year... we've been in contact with them at least 10+ times, they've come over at least 4x and the last time in August they brought a rep from the manufacturer. Every time we follow up they say they will get back to us but we constantly have to follow up again. They said we have a 25 year warranty on the floors but all they do is make excuses then we don't hear from them again until we follow up. Their customer service is horrible, their ability to resolve an issue is horrible, their commitment to honor their warranty is horrible. As a veteran I hate to criticize a veteran owned business but this is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a business. I filed a BBB complaint and even the BBB said they won't respond.
