But after seeing multiple social media posts from respected food bloggers detailing shockingly unprofessional and hostile behavior from the owner, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is how you treat local reviewers, I can't risk how they'd handle the demands of a large-scale production. Really unfortunate, as we were excited to support a local business.

I tend to not like when there is TOO much bread to bite through but it was great. Like a perfect sized pocket with delicious pulled pork, bbq sauce and onions so beautifully stuffed inside. I also got a side of sausage because that is by far my favorite piece of meat when it comes to bbq. NONE of it disappointed me and I loved that he was so friendly and told me about some of the other food trailers around him that weren't open at the moment.
