Went to their new southside location for a screen replacement. After the screen replacement my…read moreotter box case would not fit. Googled the issue and found that if an aftermarket screen is used this is sometimes the case as the screens are thicker. Also, I lost the biometric feature, because of the non oem screen. Was not told what type of replacement screen they would be using options were not mentioned. I feel that these potential issues should have been mentioned. To their credit they offered to remove the aftermarket and install an OEM screen for an additional $90. With the $100 I already spent the price would exceed the cost of a replacement phone. They were able to find a basic silicone back that fit somewhat. The screen still protrudes out the front from the backing, so I am not sure how much protection it actually gives. Also, their website has a selection of phones including a new S10 for $139 listed as in stock. When I asked I was told this was old pricing and it would be $300. Bait and switch? They need to update their website or honor the prices listed. At this point since there is no proper protective case available and I lose the biometric feature I will need to get a new phone. If you use this place, I suggest you be careful and ask lots of questions.

They have a few designers with a case full of pieces and then they also carry bins of estate finds! You're able to try on things from the cases but also you're able to dig through the bins! I found a bin of brooches- all $10 each. I walked out with... ten!!! I also tried on a few stackable rings! Make sure you take a peak at the pieces in the windows too! (That's what drew me in!)
