My 10+ year stylist, Missy, works here and I love this location. It's bright and cheerful, and everyone who works here is so polite. I have referred friends to Missy, and everyone loves her. I have medium brown hair, and she absolutely nails the color every time. I spend 4 hours with Missy every 4 weeks, and look forward to my time with her because she's so fun to talk to. She books up fast, we usually book my appointments out for months. I saw one negative review for her and was shocked. Everyone I have sent to Missy loves her, and they rave about their hair. I'm picky, so 10+ years and sending family and friends to Missy says a lot about her skill. I get compliments on my hair all the time. Disregard that negative one-off. It says more about the reviewer than about Missy or the salon (which I also love). read more

Professional, compassionate stylist that was truly so dedicated to making sure my vision came true while not compromising the health of my hair! A trustworthy, knowledgeable pro that prioritizes education and I know I can trust her to do whats best for me. Been going to her for more than 3 years now, following her through many salons. I always feel and look so healed after seeing her. She has taken me from black to blonde and everything in between, even setting me up with beaaautiful extensions. Everyone thought it was my real hair she did such an amazing job!! 100/10, 5 stars, would do again and again!! read more

I was looking for a salon asap and Amber was in contact with me and helped me get set up which was a easy process and she was polite but that was the only great part. After a few days and now that I have washed my hair once with cool water and have not applied heat. I am left extremely disappointed with how my hair looks. I paid $340.00 in cash directly to the stylist .I am showing my inspo photos, I know that inspo photos does not mean that you will get exactly what they look like based on every individual. If only right? But I wanted my hair darker and to have more dimension. I am left feeling insecure, ugly and sad about going to my engagement party to the east coast looking like this. I also am showing you my hair. I am leaving this review because at the time it looked okay, I was 100% excited because it looked better than when I walked in but for someone who saved those $340.00 after a month of working hard I am sad. I am currently looking for a new salon who can get me closer to my inspo photos but for now I just wanted to share my experience. There is also a conversation that made me uncomfortable. When I mentioned I want to buy a house and she said that is not the dream and it shouldn't be my end goal or dream that there is more that wanting to purchase a home. She talked about how she has a house and it's nice and now lives back in CA and makes good money. Blah blah blah I feel like you shouldn't push people or sway them from certain things especially since it was my first time meeting this stylist. I have gone to other stylists and over the years we get a bond and can talk about ANYTHING. But for the first time I don't know. Anyways, like I said after 6 days I am not feeling very pretty. I feel ugly =( the salon looks nice and clean but my exeirence was meh but it was nice to try a new place and on to the NEXT! I really wish the outcome of my hair was 10/10 or even 6/10 but I am feeling like a 3/10 and the more I stare at my hair the more I hate it. I went home wanting to like it and give it a try but that 1st wash holy moly my hair looks bad! I am crying because that is $340 money lost and I will probably have to spend another 300-400 fixing this. *PHOTOS OF MY HAIR AFTER A I WASHED IT 2 DAYS AGO* read more

Sarah is an absolute gem -- she really knows hair and delivers results that exceed expectations every time. Grace provides incredible customer service and makes the entire experience feel warm, seamless, and elevated. And the GM, Erika, is stellar -- professional, attentive, and clearly runs the salon with excellence. I love this salon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier care and artistry. read more

I come to Noemi for my hair and every single time I see her has been amazing! We have taken my hair from its highlighted natural color to black to a baby-lighted brown to bright blonde. She's always been so upfront about the pros and cons and considered the health of my hair above all else. She always formulates the most beautiful shades that complement my own tones perfectly. I know I can trust her judgement 100%! Noemi herself is also so sweet and fun to chat with that our sessions feel like hanging out with a friend. I cannot recommend her enough! read more

Noemi is AMAZING! She delivers exactly what I'm wanting & I've never loved my hair more than when she does it!

So thankful for finding an amazing hair stylist Noemi. She truly brought life back to my hair. After almost 1.5 years of doing my hair myself she gave me the refresh I needed along with working with me on making a huge change in the color. She worked so hard to make sure that this change would be gradually so that we could take the time getting to the blonde I working towards without damaging my hair. So thankful and loved this place. read more

Missy has done my hair for years! It took me a long time to find her! I love my color & cut every time she does it! When I came in the first time my hair was so bad from other stylist putting the wrong color in my hair so after a few visits seeing missy I was amazed how beautiful it looked! Thank you Missy you're very talented at your profession! read more

Nothing is better than getting to take A couple of hours out of my day, and go down and be pampered at this amazing salon! Loree (pronounced Lore-ay) is quite simply the best colorist I've ever had. If you have a vision of what you want your hair to look like, I promise you she can get it there! I finally found someone who understands that Cutting bangs is almost more important than the rest of the hair! ‼She always has the most amazing assistants that she teaches, and they give the best scalp massages you've ever received. The prices are very reasonable, the Vibe is very friendly, it's an open floor plan, and well, everyone is always chatting, it's never so loud to the point where you feel annoyed. This may sound funny, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a highly sensitive person (HSP), because the vibe here is definitely calm and cool. read more

I don't often give Yelp reviews unless I was exceptionally pleased or exceptionally disappointed. In this case, I am posting a very overdue 5 star review of a hair stylist who I have been going to for over 10 years. Melissa is a very competent and happy person (she has the most marvelous throaty laugh!) and, although getting the blonde the right tone and even--and consistent time after time--I always leave happy with what she's done for me. Additionally, although she has to use bleach to lighten my hair, she's never over processed it, and for a post menopausal woman with thyroid issues my hair still gets compliments. I highly recommend Melissa for both cut and color. You'll be happy, and you'll enjoy her personality. read more

I love my hair stylist Missy! She is the utmost professional with amazing coloring and styling skills. She also does a wonderful job with my extensions. When I started going to her many years ago my hair was damaged and the color was drab! Now it's healthy with beautiful highlights and my grey roots are gone! I often get compliments. Thank you Missy for always making me feel read more

Update: The salon owner's response to my review confirms the EXACT complaint I had. Yes, it takes multiple visits to achieve the tone the client wants. After 1 color visit I was dismissed and told to go elsewhere when I reached out to kindly discuss next steps. All I asked was if we could change the color to be a bit darker. Unreal that the salon owner is doubling down here. Maybe some training in professionalism is needed if that's what they think this is. Do not go here for your own good. My experience with this salon was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I had 2 appointments with Missy. 1st was for a very basic trim and color consult. I have natural medium brown hair and wanted to keep with my same color but cover the grays. I expressed very clearly that I wanted to try to stay away from it fading super warm/red/copper. I know brunettes tend to fade warm but it can be somewhat controlled. We discussed this at length and she assured me that we would work together to get it right. After my color appointment (2nd visit) I could immediately tell that it was very warm, but we chalked it up to the "lighting". I saw my mother after leaving the salon and she told me, woah your hair looks red! Nevertheless I let it fade out and when it was getting close to my next color appointment I texted Missy very politely, telling her my hair was still so red and asked her if we could go a shade darker at the next visit. This is exactly what we had initially discussed - that we would change things as needed to get it right. I received a text a day later where Missy told me she couldn't give me what I wanted and that I should find somebody else. I was so shocked, her text was so rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No opportunity or effort to work together to build trust. I should also mention that I lost all my hair due to chemo about three years ago and the last thing I needed was more trauma associated with my hair. I was looking to build a trusting relationship with a stylist. I would avoid this hair salon at all costs. read more

I'm a total PITA customer. I've been going to Elani for 8months and she just get me! I came to her for extensions and she ATE and left no crumbs. I'm also a platinum blonde with blonde blindness. Erin is the best! Her quality of work and her attentiveness to both me and my hair is above and beyond my expectations. I came to her with dull, brassy hair that was lifeless with the ask of creating dimension. She constantly delivers and makes the whole process look so easy. The difference speaks for itself. (Picture included Before and After) I will never go to another stylist because it doesn't get any better! read more

Courtney is the best! I don't know how she does it, but my color actually looks refreshed instead of fading after a few washes, like magic!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Courtney ! I had a terrible experience about a week ago at ulta. Yes I know you don't have to say anything I learned my lesson. I ended up with blotchy uneven terrible looking highlights. I found Courtney on instagram and I am so glad I did. She transformed my hair!!!! My hair has never looked or felt so great I have twins and my self esteem has been a little low lately since I don't get much time to take care of myself but now I feel like a completely different person. I feel beautiful put together and happy! She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. I have been all over Orange County. Keeping light blonde hair when you're not a natural blonde is not the easiest task especially when said hair is thin, fine and wants to curl. And that is not your intention. I saw a really cute woman named Julia at my nail salon with awesome blonde hair. I asked her where she got it done and she replied Gold & Braid in San Juan Capistrano and my stylist is Nevin. Sadly Neven was totally booked ( It's all really good stylist are-for a couple of months) and I didn't have the patience to wait. Luckily she had a coworker she's been working next to for years that she referred me to who had a cancellation the following week And I have been going to Melissa two or three times now and I am thrilled! read more
