First off, get your tickets from Rush49. It's $134 to skydive- you really can't beat it. There's like zero parking- we ended up down the street and had to walk quite a way. There's a big trailer to fill out your contract. An addition $5 charge once there for fuel. An extra $70ish for your go pro video. But they really do make good videos. I wanna give a shout out to the woman I jumped with. She felt very safe and experienced. Bubbly personality- I wasn't even scared when I jumped. They really do push for you to tip your tandem (maybe money for a beer would be nice) but you do get a cool book out of it! Totally would recommend this place. The view can't be beat! read more

This was actually a spontaneous idea for a date. My date asked if I wanted to do this and I agree'd but later found out AFTER we were done that she didn't think I would say yes and wasn't actually serious about doing it! BUT I'm glad I said yes and we had an amazing time! It's about minute freefall and a minute floating. The floating part is amazing to just see the view (you can see in my photo). We had the best time ever!! My boyfriend and I jumped with Matt and Renato. I bought us the 13,000 ft sky dive plus the video/pictures and after that jump, I think we'd definitely do the 18,000 ft one the next time. I loved how throughout the entire process instructions were simple and bite sized. Every part was step by step and easy to follow despite me being super nervous. We felt extremely safe the whole time and the staff was incredible! Matt and Renato made us laugh on the 15 plane ride up and gave us the reassurance we needed. The actual jump was not as scary as we thought it would be. Renato said the free fall was only 1 min and if felt like 10 seconds. After the fall it was just gliding. Wow! I am still on a high from my first time jumping off of a freaking plane! There is absolutely no other feeling that can compare to this. The most challenging part about skydiving is probably the build up to it! I couldn't sleep well the night before, as my anxiety and nervousness were real. I kept thinking about the "what if's?"As I started driving there, I almost felt like I wanted to throw up, as my nerves were just unreal. Then, as we got closer to the jump site, I started seeing people parachuting down from their fall, and that didn't help it much either. I was completely terrified and almost backed out. Luckily, as soon as we got there, everybody had super upbeat personalities, and were very encouraging about skydiving, especially the instructors and camera guys! The weather was perfect for skydiving - no clouds and all sunshine! We were able to get seen right away, and within 20 minutes of checking in, we were already gearing up for the jump - scary, I know! The instructors gave us a quick tutorial, and before you knew it we were off on a plane! The plane took about 20 minutes to get up to 13,000 feet, but it felt like a lifetime. We were on a plane with a bunch of fun jumpers, so we were able to see them jump off first, although I wish I hadn't seen them, as I saw them get smaller by the second from our window. Before you knew it, I was up next! At this point, I literally was at my YOLO state of mind. My instructor strapped onto me, and we walked to the open door. I sat in front of the plane with my head back and we jumped off! We did a few spins as we jumped off, and in that moment I lost all nervousness and I was just there, flying! It was so exhilarating and such a phenomenon like feeling to be free falling from high in the sky! Our parachute deployed after about a minute of free fall, and that was crazy! My stomach definitely felt like there was soup being stirred in there! After that, we were just gliding on our way down for safe landing. I personally felt my stomach sink in a little every time we turned, but it was cool. We finally touched down after about 8-10 minutes in the sky, and I was on such a high! I couldn't believe what I had just done! I was super happy with my experience, especially the staff (tandem jumper and photographer). They were such awesome people and helped calm my nerves and excite me more about this experience. I'd totally recommend this place to all my friends! read more

Went with Go Jump for my 2nd experience because my group wanted that beautiful view and higher elevation (13k feet). Groupon has an offer but you can just call the office and they'll match it directly. No need for the middle man unless you have an extra promo code on top. From what I saw, every tandem partner is a blast to hang around with. All come at you with smiles and jokes to help ease your nerves if you have any. Since it was my 2nd time and I wasn't scared at all, I think my partner threw in a few extra spins and turns. I loved it. A few cons though: -your appt time is just your check in time. You don't jump until a couple hours later. - they forgot the hand camera for one of the people in my group and offered a partial refund on the card. 3 days later, still no refund. Going to wait the full 5 before we call it in. - planes only hold up to 17 people (including pilot, partners, and extra cameramen) so even though you can book up to 10 per time slot, you're going to get separated. Our group of 10 thought we were going to jump together since it was for a special occasion. We got split into 3/7. Tip: go for the 3rd person pov video. It's way cooler looking and it's more flattering. Or stick to the hand cam to watch your face totally contort in the wind lol read more

I decided to wait before writing my review to make sure I wasn't just riding the adrenaline high. However, a week later and I am still ecstatic about my experience. Initially, I read all the reviews, both good and bad, and was a little nervous to hear about the customer service issues. Luckily, I had quite the opposite experience. I took my best friend here as a surprise for her birthday and EVERYONE was amazing. The woman at the front desk even helped to combine our packages to give us the lower rate from GroupOn. Also, my instructor Matt, was phenomenal and made me feeling comfortable and safe. I would say, the only hiccup in the day was after the jump. My friend purchased the picture/video package and it took a while to get her a working link to access them. However, throughout the back and forth, the front office staff were friendly and helpful and we were finally able to work it out. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. read more

Took my Husband to Gojump for his 30th birthday, we were super excited to skydive! I really wanted to believe we were going to have the most amazing experience, but unfortunately only had an average time. After reading several reviews and hearing experiences from close friends, it really seems like it can go both ways. You can get the MOST out of it or the worse. The instructor plays a really big role with your experience. After check in, you get called into groups and get to meet your instructors. You will easily see the instructors who are explaining everything throughly, hyping you up, if you purchased video, they are getting all the angles (giving you your moneys worth) and those who literally just say hi my name is so and so and basically have you jump. Now no one is purposely rude, the customer service is great! The girls helping front desk are super friendly. If we could do something differently, it would definitely be purchasing the tickets through Gojump instead of Groupon. For me and my husband we ended up paying close to $600 that's with selfie stick gopro video and pictures. After purchasing the tickets through Groupon there are still extra fees through Gojump. Read the reviews below someone explains the extra fees, it's super helpful. Another thing we would do differently is invite friends or family. To create the environment that the Gojump may lack. Even though we got "Emotional Damage" instructors, I became my own hype and the hype for my husband, that made our experience not be a total disappointment. Lastly on our way down, dropping from the sky, our faces HURT! The difference of elevation and air pressure made our ears hurt as well. Even though all of that goes away after a few minutes. We both agreed that we would definitely get a helmet, or at least earplugs. When you are dropping you think you would be able to look around and enjoy the view but realistically you are just uncomfortable. Until the instructor opens the parachute you get the greatest view! Husband googled helmets and they are about $20 on Amazon or I think I recall one of the instructors saying they can provide one for you at Gojump. We met a couple during our jump that do this frequently. They are trained and jumped by themselves. They mentioned that they have jumped in several other states and that this jump was by far the most scenic and beautiful. I agree too! DO NOT JUMP HERE! SAFETY IS NEGLECTED!! I brought my fiancé on 11/07/21 for his birthday and it was both of our first times jumping. When we got there, they told us they were behind due to weather, and I was like okay cool. We waiting in the couch section they have and an hour later, the clouds cleared and we were back in business. Once it was our turn, things went really quickly. We were harnessed up and in less than 3 minutes one of the employees told us to keep our head back and hips foreword. THATS IT! Nothing else was said about safety procedures, no training video, course, etc. I was absolutely excited to go but also nervous because I don't particularly like heights. Even so, in my video you can see the excitement on my face. However once we jumped, my day took a turn for the worst. As soon as we left the plane, my head EXPLODED. Like the worst migraine except on steroids. They also didn't tell us that we wouldn't be able to breathe during the free fall which caught me off guard and I began to panic. You can see in the video (pictures included) that I cup my hand around my face trying to create a pocket of air to breathe in. With my head in agony and a lack of oxygen, I was fighting not to pass out in the air. When the instructor pulled the parachute, I kept saying "my head hurts, my head hurts" and my tandem partner didn't say anything. Eventually he loosened the harness but the damage was done. I also noticed that GoJump cut out this entire exchange in the video but couldn't cut everything out so you can see my pain the whole way. I didn't even enjoy the jump as all I felt was overwhelming pain. Once we landed I was wobbly, clammy, and very pale. My fiancé saw me from across the drop zone and ran towards me. He held me up as I staggered to the bus, moaning about the pain. NONE of the employees asked me if I was okay, including my tandem partner. All of the other people jumping stared at me but not a peep from the employees. You know what they did tell me? As I'm clutching my head, now being dragged by my fiancé, my tandem partner approached and just handed me an envelope inquiring for tips. He asked me for TIP but couldn't ask about my condition as I'm about to collapse at this point. The front desk girls merely stared. In the parking lot I puked my guts out and I desperately needed medical attention. Not a peep from the company. It's been about a week now and I am constantly on heavy medication. The severe migraines have not stopped and I have not been able to go to work. I was told that the jump may have caused trauma to my head. GoJump was negligent and did not care about my safety. If they made us wait an hour anyways, why don't you guys play some safety videos! Other places give you a safety course and teach you how to breathe up there versus you guys giving us a quick 2 minute rundown while the plane roared in the background. They ignored my medical condition and also cut out parts in my video when I verbally alerted my tandem partner to the pain. It seriously felt like they were trying to rush the groups to get back on schedule and that they were ignoring me so they weren't held accountable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Safety is of the upmost importance which they DO NOT care about and save yourself from the white-hot pain I'm in. read more

What a great group of pros. Been 23 years since I was doing jumps at Perris Valley. This was my 12th or 13th jump. Adrian was my tandem jump master and DK was my GoPro jumper. Great group of guys. Felix greeted us under the canopy. The ladies at the counter took care of us for he checkin and forgot the guys' name who did the video, but the entire operation was on point. Look forward to being back with my 10 year old when she's 18 in about 8 years, and maybe in the next year or sooner with my 19 year old son if he's up for it. Thanks GoJump crew. We (a group of 6 girls) came here for a bachelorette party. 10/5 for experience, 10/5 for customer service, 10/5 would do it again! Our jump time was scheduled for 10:30 AM on a Friday, however the weather had other plans for us. We ended up waiting about 6 hours to finally jump. This was totally our choice and was not forced upon us by the GoJump crew. In fact, throughout the entire waiting process, the entire GoJump crew continued to provide updated every 30 - 45 minutes and reminded us that we were able to get a full refund at any point if we decided we did not want to wait. Our tandem instructors were very friendly and kept all of us calm while we waited. 5 of us had never jumped before. The entire experience was stellar and all of us agreed that we would 100% do it again! Thank you for making MY first jump amazing, stellar, and exhilarating! I'm so disappointed by this company! They have a Groupon advertised as a tandem jump with no restrictions listed yet when I called to book 5 jumps with groupons they said it would be $70 EXTRA for each jump because of "fluctuations in prices on different days" which states NOWHERE on fine print. Very deceiving! We planned to go for gifts we purchased one being a Father's Day gift, Mother's Day gift and a birthday yet now we have to cancel because of all the extra fees and being deceived. So surprised a company that does so well would not honor their word and agreement with Groupon. Worst part is I've gone before and never had this issue. I'm very sad that we have to cancel and this company has resorted to this kind of style Oh to respond to GoJump... The only days that are at a rate that would cover what was supposed to already be covered with purchase is weekdays. Our group works regular jobs and cannot go during week for lower prices. Again super disappointed because Groupon or site does not make any mention of this. You guys should change your website and Groupon so people are not deceived. The other reviews are right. I'm going to start with the bathrooms. So the women's is really small, just 2 stalls. But at least it's clean, well-stocked, and doesn't smell bad. Which is really surprising because a lot of people go to the bathroom due to nerves like puking and diarrhea. I know I had a real colon cleanse in there before jumping. So good job bathroom staff. Parking is decent, because there's always plenty of street parking. The staff is super nice and really knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good, experienced, and professional hands. My instructor was Hoyt and he was great. I had more worries about puking mid-air than dying. That harness you have to wear feels really secure and has lots of belts and loops. It's 6lbs too. They don't make you sit and watch those boring safety videos. It was honestly just lean back and tuck your legs when it's time to jump off the plane and the instructor will do all the hard work. There's a nice outdoor seating area while you wait for your turn or for when the clouds go away. Couches and picnic tables. My friends and I brought board games because we had to wait for the sun to come out. There's a vending machine in the back for snacks. Some people just drove and came back with food/drinks. There's a TV screen that tells you when it's your turn. My friends and I brought 7 people which fills up 1 plane (including the instructors and pilot) because there's a group discount. The plane literally only fits 15 people and we were packed like sardines. It was one of those little planes and you sit on a bench. No airline peanuts or seatbelts here. Our instructors put our goggles on and strapped us in during the 20 minute plane ride up. This is the part where you get really nervous, but the instructors we're trying to keep it lighthearted. However, once you're at the 13k feet peak, they open the sliding door and you don't have time to think. It was like GOGOGOGO NEXT PERSON, JUMP JUMP. One after the other. I was 2nd to last and watching my friends jump out back to back was pretty scary. Then it was my turn and honestly they were like 123 WOOOOO. It happened so fast. I remember screaming and doing a couple of flips. However after the first 5 seconds, I was on my stomach in the air and it was actually kind of chill. It was surprisingly super loud and morning chilly (85F degree day). It was kind of cool to look around and being above the fluffy clouds. I tried to touch some but it's just mist. It felt super long but apparently we only free all for 2-3 minutes. Breathing was surprisingly easy. If anything you can really feel the air go through your lungs and sinuses. It was a bit dry when I went late August. After you go through the clouds, the instructor opens your parachute and you abruptly go up and slow down. It didn't hurt at all because the weight is evenly distributed. Unless you're stick skinny and don't have any fat cushioning, then it is a bit uncomfortable according to one friend. Once we were in parachute mode, you were pretty much just hanging in the air. The instructors try to keep things interesting by doing spirals, spins, ups and downs like a rollercoaster. You can also ask them to not do it if you're motion sick sensitive. I thought I was pretty tough since rollercoasters don't bother me, but I definitely felt a little sick at the end. It's definitely dependent on the person because I guess all those G's affect people differently. It was fun to watch my friends from down below and checking out the scenery. At this point, you can hear yourself talk and it's really comfortable temperature wise. My instructor was video camming me the whole time apparently which was nuts since I was too busy trying not to die. Landing was a breeze. The instructor tells you what to do. And you land in an empty field next to the runway. It was honestly like hopping down from 2 steps. A bus comes by to pick you up and drops you back off at the parking lot. Anyway, you get back to the office, get a comic book, some stickers and you're free to go. Depending on what you purchased, the videos come by email in 3 business days. I personally paid for $150 for the actual jump and then $60 for the handcam video which is the cheapest video. The pictures are $35. There are more fancier and pricier options too. Would I go again? This place deserves more than 5 stars. Let me start by saying I came here to gift a sky dive to my girlfriend for her birthday and I am so happy this is where I chose to take her. She had been wanting to go sky diving for such a long time and this was the best place we could have found. While doing research I came across a groupon for GoJump. The process was so quick and easy, I purchased my tickets on groupon , reserved the spots showed up filled out our waivers and within 15-20 minutes after completing our paperwork we were getting prepped to get on the plane. Best and easiest experience EVER! The customer service was excellent and the jump was unforgettable. I recommend purchasing the photo package with an additional jumper to get all the angles. Where do I start with this one. Lets just start with safety and customer service. This is not the place for that. Bought 3 tickets for a birthday. Arrived and checked in. They call you by groups. My group was called and EVERY SINGLE person got an instructor that came over introduced themselves, geared up and a brief introduction. As i stood there waiting for my instructor another instructor came over and said " hi i will help you gear up since your instructor is still not ready ". So i suited up last out the entire group standing there awkwardly waiting for some type of instructions. Everyone is getting videos laughing smiling and excited. Me im wondering why im the only one being stalled and left alone. Next thing you know a guy comes and says " planes here guys lets go! " at this point I MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO SAY WAIT i never got an instructor or anything so they look for my instructor he comes running over and says hop on the plane and i'll explain everything on there. This is already red flag number 1. You rushed to put the parachute together and didnt greet me or give me an introduction like the rest of the group and a very loud plan ride is not the time to scram information about the jump. 2nd red flag as we geared up on the plane he left the camera on the floor i had to say hey heres the camera he said "ohhhhh thanks ". We then have a 30 second discussion on the jump not very well prepared at all then we jump. As he pops open the parachute he spins it around and says " omg i cant control it what are we going to do " joking of course. But this is totally inappropriate due to the fact we had no introduction like everyone else so to play about things like that and try to scare me for jokes mid air is very awkward. RED FLAG NUMBER 3 word for word no lies once so ever.... As we get lower to the ground i see a huge property and asked hey whats that. He said " oh thats just one of those place of worship, if your into that kind of stuff , me personally IM INTO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL IF WERE BEING HONEST " I was appalled because who would say that out loud and what about safety concerns. Thus company just allows drug heads to play with peoples lives in the air. So then we land. Red flag #4 As we land everyones instructor is getting landing footage etc. my instructions literally says " go run over there with your man and get some landing footage while i pack this gear up ". So i do! Red flag #5 As we leave they give everyone a jump bag of a jump booklet showing you completed a tandem jump and a comment card of your experience to drop in the comment box. EVERY SINGLE JUMPER GOT A COMMENT CARD FROM THEIR INSTRUCTOR BUT ME , i though hmmmm that was odd. This whole experience has been a bit disappointing. So i leave and head home. As i head home i get a phone call from the site saying they apologize but my video footage was corrupted and they give me a video refund. No empathy or anything. & GUESS WHAT THAT FILE WAS NOT CORRUPTED. MY INSTRUCTOR NEVER TURNED IT ON. REMEMBER I HAD TO REMIND HIM TO GRAB THE CAMERS BEFORE WE JUMPED. HE WAS RUNNING LATE TO THE PLANE. AND IS THIS WHY HE TOLD ME TO RUN TO MY MAN TO GET LANDING FOOTAGE AND DID NOT GIVE ME A COMMENT CARD LIKE THE REST OF THE JUMPERS. HE CLEARLY MESSED UP BIG TIME AND THEY TRIED TO COVER THIS UP. SO AT THIS POINT im very upset & decided i needed to share this whole experience with management. So after i shared this whole experience with the supervisor all they said was " SORRY Ma'm theres no proof of this happening and we dont give refunds on jumps only camera footage ". I said so you just let drug heads jump with peoples lives in their hands and if you guys fall short theres no refunds. He just repeatedly said we're sorry and we'll refund video footage. That was 6 days ago. Still no refund smh Its sad because lake elsinore has amazing prices and their customer reviews are great. But a lot of us choose oceanside because of the view and we think this area would be a lot more professional but obviously its not. And now im reading other reviews i wish i would have read first and known about their recent plane crash All in all my review is for you guys to Just Be careful jumping here and be aware of how this location operates. Safety along with other factors are quite alarming, along with having to fight for your money and basically be brushed off if you tell them about your experience. read more

I will 100% jump again. I jumped with Chris Foreman it was a great experience, makes me want to get my license to jump solo. Keep being awesome read more
