For me, the best part of Piandre Promenade is that the staff treats you like family. They really take care of you the moment you enter the salon. You'll be offered Iced Tea or freshly brewed Coffee with their famous oatmeal cookies! Also, did I mention that they also have Free WiFi? Yes, they do! I've had moments where I needed to bring out my laptop and do stuff for work while my hair was being done. Life Savers! About the service, I like how nobody shortcuts the service they provide from the haircut, massage and even hair washing. I don't know if you've experienced this in other salons but, some stylists will just mix the hair color then have their assistant apply the color. Then, you won't see the stylist again until they comeback with a mirror to show off "their" work. That doesn't happen in Piandre. The stylist seeing your hair will be the one who will cut your hair, apply the hair color and style it for you. THAT is service! Also, about the hair washing, the assistants give you a head massage.
