Coach Ashley in the morning was fun and led us in a good warmup before proceeding with the WOD which was clearly written on one of the TV monitors. I loved being able to get a good (and challenging) workout and also engaging with a lot of the local athletes. Everyone was welcoming and it was fun to crush a pretty advanced WOD. Although I would argue that the 400m run around the gym is a bit longer than 400, I can't be too upset at working my body up just a bit more. Thanks TTL for the great drop-in experience. I just felt like we were too close to one another and it made me uncomfortable. The things I've noticed from their instagram when it seems to be the worst is when "Zachary" and "BroMance" are putting on classes. I have read similar complaints on community websites. I also read a review recently on yelp about this location with a similar complaint which has now been removed by F45. I'm glad this business takes these complaints seriously... lol clearly they don give a sh*! About the community they are in and would rather just tell their neighbors to go f&@k themselves.

A academia tem uma ótima estrutura e equipamente de qualidade, e os workouts/coachs são excelentes, sempre auxiliando nos movimentos e incentivando sua evolução. Além disso, como nossa mudança ocorreu por motivos de trabalho, viemos sem nossa familia e sem conhecer muitas pessoas (um grande desafio de adaptação). Mas a comunidade do Reality, sem dúvida, ajudou muito a equilibrar as coisas, em especial, Diego e Raquel, que desde o início foram extremamente solicitos e preocupados em ajudar com nossa ambientação de forma genuína, sem interesses secundários. I am very grateful for Dey and everyone at Radiance Fitness. Dey helped identify the problem with…read moremy shoulder, and lead me on the path of healing. Dey's knowledge and experience is impressive, and I highly recommend Radiance Fitness. Prior to coming to Radiance fitness I struggled with severe shoulder pain leading me to believe I suffered from a tear or untreatable permanent injury. I compared my shoulder pain and story with others and I felt doomed that I had a lifelong injury. Just as Dey promised, he fixed my shoulder. He did so through IDENTIFYING the problem. Which was a huge muscular imbalance that put extra strain on my shoulder during weight lifting. He then showed me the solution through a workout regimine, cupping, and creating an overall balance in my body. Dey showed me a new way to treat my body, through mindfulness and care to my body as a whole. This has lead me on the path to recovery as I now have very little pain and am extremely optimistic about my workout routine and fitness goals. I am grateful for Radiance fitness and I know I utilized only a small portion of what Dey and everyone at Radiance have to offer. This is definitely a special place.

And Kim has helped me navigate how to show up for work, my family, and to just remember to breathe. They are both always encouraging me to level up--level up my discipline, my diet, my self-love. That's a big deal. A lot of what Radiance offers is unconventional. But that's part of the magic--it's a great opportunity to get out of your head, be playful, and learn how to stop judging yourself. And the techniques seriously relieve pain. The cupping techniques Dey and Kim taught me are a get out of jail free card for when I'm really flared up and the movement flows have been great for tracking how my body is feeling on any given day. Radiance runs really amazing sessions that include movement and breathwork. I haven't seen many people blend the physical with the emotional the way they do. The approach has really helped me get in touch with my anger and self-doubt and express them in healthy ways. Dey is very receptive to feedback--I've been suffering with chronic back pain for almost a decade and have had difficult conversations with Dey about what was working or not for my recovery.
