I have lost almost 20 pounds in the challenge I did with Coach KT, Coach Kem, and Coach Grace. I got flavorful meal plans and recipes that made it easy to get ready for my meal preps. I got lessons on our meal plan to help us understand how to loose fat to muscle. Not only did i get all this, but the Family i have now at this Gym makes me want to go back and see them. I upgraded to the black membership and enjoy the massage charge and tanning station/s. They are conveniently close to home and open 24/7 and modified hours during holidays (no big deal). They are always friendly, always cleaning always attentive and welcoming. They are busy but if you have a plan and work out regimen then you can get in a good workout. They have a lot of cardio machines and push machines as well as a few cable pull machines.
