Full of iron and every accessory you can possibly think of. The art is inspiring and somehow an homage to the local Long Beach/San Pedro culture. There's a powerlifting section and a bodybuilding section. Squat racks for days, dead lift stations for days, bench press for days. Only gym I have found in LA with a COMMUNITY vibe. Both the first and second floors have upgrades, including improved flooring and new, additional machines that actually work. There are more weight machines available, which really helps elevate your training or even learn the equipment (I'm still learning myself). The only downside is that the bathrooms still need updating--they aren't the best and could use some fixing. If they took care of that and extended the hours, especially on weekends, I'd be most ecstatic...one can hope.
