Awesome place to get fitted for a high quality suit/tux…read more Came in here for the wedding party that I'm in to get fitted for the suite style that he chose. Walking in, this place is full of all different kinds of men's formal apparel. I saw a bunch of "loud" color and style suits and really wanted to buy one of those too! Out of my price range at the time though and not why I was there! I got measured pretty quick, given some rough estimate sizes to put on and they were pretty spot on. Just needed to get the pants tailored up a bit and my jacket sleeves brought up a touch. Conveniently next door, there's a tailor and a dry cleaner. All seem to work together to take care of their customers so whatever you buy here, you're in good hands in this strip of businesses!

I tried contacting online and didn't hear back for almost a week while they were investigating. Ben helped me escalate it in person and I got my refunds, within the hour or 2, as well as my return labels for what I received but decided not to keep. Great value suits at great prices, they really do look and fit great; nice selections too, great in-store phone customer service. Give Ben a raise ASAP! Wish I could shop in person living in Southern California.

We had a wedding and a couple parties coming up and my husband needed some new suits. We heard…read moreabout The Suit Depot and I'm so glad we checked out. My initial hesitation buying a suit from a place with the word depot in its name was completely unfounded. They have a huge selection of suits and honestly without assistance we would have been overwhelmed. The store always very busy but the staff did a great job of balancing giving us attention and giving us space. They helped him choose a beautiful Italian wool navy suit that he could wear to the weddings and a dark green suit (I never would have thought he could pull of that color) for the less formal events. The price was very reasonable and the quality way better than the suits my husband had in the past. Definitely worth the drive from Troy. We will definitely be back.

Thank You So Much…read more It's been awhile since I've upgraded my wardrobe but I really needed some suits and dress shoes. After checking a few places online I headed for Men's Wearhouse to "just take a look". I told a clerk what I wanted to see. He disappeared and returned with a lady named Nicole. She was very attentive, listened well and went to work. In no time she had me in two new suits in front of their tailor. I have trouble finding shoes because of swelling and diabetes, For three years I have worn and repaired the same dress shoes UNTIL Nicole solved my dilemma. She found a pair of dress slip-ons that have a lot of "give" when putting them on and are fully cushioned from toe to heel and around the ankles. They are so comfortable and flexible. In less than an hour I had painlessly dropped a grand. I'm very pleased and I recommend them.

The shirt they did have was not long enough for my arms. The people assured me that the store down the road had the shirt I needed. I then asked them if they sold suits and they stated they did. Bottom line is I should have taken the advice of the people at Men's Wearhouse and bought my suit someplace else. I guess for the money I spent, I should have received more than a bunch of apologies.

Our experience with this custom men's clothing shop was extremely disappointing. We ordered a…read morecustom suit 3 months in advance and made 10 or more trips to the store for fittings, expecting that the extra time and attention would result in a properly made suit. Unfortunately, the original suite was altered so many times that it looked worse each time we returned. Despite all the fittings and alterations, the suit had to be scrapped, and they ran out of time to make another one. They even lost a pair of pants we needed altered too!!!! What was even more troubling was that the owner ultimately tried to give us clothing from the back room and a NON custom suit while still charging us for a custom made suit. That was completely unacceptable and not what we paid for. The customer service was equally disappointing. We did not see or hear from the original salesman after the first visit. On one visit, while we were there dealing with ongoing problem with the suit, the owner helped someone else, who simply walked in and left us waiting for 45 minutes, we found this extremely rude and disrespectful, especially considering how much time and money my entire family had already invested. A custom clothing experience should involve professionalism and respect for all customers. Unfortunately , we expereinced none of those. We gave this business more than enough time and opportunities to make things right and instead the experience was extremely frustrating right before our daughter's wedding. We would NOT recommend this business!!!!! The service and workmanship should be substantially better!!!!!!

The sales associate, Marcus, was absolutely wonderful! We were shown a nice selection of suits, and Marcus helped us find a suit that fit my father very nicely, as he has strange proportions. We walked out of K&G with the suit, alterations, and his dress shirt for $210. I will be coming back to this location for future purchases. I highly recommend Marcus as well.

The employees were friendly but by not means stylists (which I would have loved!)
