I walked in and gasped, I had 5 dresses to try in 2 minutes. The first one I tried I fell in love with. The most beautiful dress I have EVER seen. I quickly found my second dress for the rehearsal which Rachel picked out. I would have never have tried it myself and I immediately felt beautiful in it. All of the staff worked so hard to make it a wonderful experience. I am 60 and my body is not what it use to be. I was so discouraged with the dresses on the market that made me feel dumpy or showed too much skin. The staff helped me feel wonderful and I have the right to look beautiful whatever your body is. I left with a new attitude of dressing thanks to them. The store is absolutely stunning. It is worth the effort. The staff here does not tend to be very helpful or attentive, without some prompting. The overall attitude is rather dismissive. I really think they must need more staff, because it seems like you are interrupting their paperwork. Their inventory system does not allow them to see items available at other stores. I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. I feel like if you are going to shop at Game Headz you should call ahead, see if they have the game you want, and ask them to prepare it for you ahead of time. -TRQ
