From the new people coming and going you never get a reliable consistent haircut. I tried using the app now on multiple occasions and have been skipped multiple times!! ‍ I'm not a person that has what you call a lot of "free time" so when it's time for me to try to get my errands done I don't have hrs to wait around to get a 20-minute haircut. So using the app I tried to rely on it to be notified while in the area I was skipped also Literally sitting in the store I got skipped 3 times bc the "stylist" whispered my name and I couldn't hear her over the loud tv in the waiting area. It wasn't until another guest said that she had said my name really low and then moved on to their two kids that I even knew I had been skipped not my words theirs !!! ... Myself and my son will be looking for another location from here on out. Do yourself a favor and look for a reliable location elsewhere. So sade.

She needs to go back to school and get more knowledge...if she even went in the first place. Then she cut my husband's hair and left a near bold spot over 2" sq area.
