Now my son did not care much for the experience but Henry was great with him. I have taken him back to Henry a total of I believe 3 times and every time his patience is awesome. One time they put Cocomelon on thinking it would relax him however my son has never watched that before so it was the thought that counted. All barbers in the shop also seem very laid back and friendly. I definitely recommend PTR and will be taking my son back soon

Their shop is clean and the wait time is always reasonable. The Barbers here are amazing. The price is about average but their cuts are way above average. You can even find a coupon or promotion on occasion. They have a nice size TV to watch while you wait and will let you pick the show if your into that. Personally, what's on TV doesn't matter to me but it's nice that they offer. There's parking on the street in front and several spots in a private lot right up next to the main doors of the barber shop. I always park in the lot. The road in front is rather busy and I worry someone might accidentally hit my car. I have seen two different barbers here. Both have left me beyond satisfied. Fernando is my personal choice though. He is for sure the beard master. I trust almost nobody with my beard. Fernando is on my super short list of approved people. Tara is much better looking, and an incredible barber. I would prefer her touching me over Fernando any day of week, but when I go to the barber I'm all about my beard. My only complaint is that they don't take debit card/credit card transactions. I mean it's 2018, how many of us really carry cash these days. That said, if your coming here, plan ahead! Most importantly, plan to leave looking even better than you expected you would!

If the wait is supposed to be longer, one of the staff members has always been nice enough let the waiting patrons know, but even then I've been served within 15 minutes. You can always call ahead and ask how long the wait is and they give you a pretty accurate assessment. My haircut has always been stellar and my barber (I usually get the white guy ...sorry I don't know his name but he's the only Caucasian barber there) is friendly, attentive and does an amazing job. They've raised prices recently, but they've put up signs letting everyone know. There is a relaxed vibe to the place that I like, but I can see how others may misconstrue it as a little unprofessional. I have no problems with it. Most of the barbers are pretty young and the relaxed atmosphere is "de rigeur" for the post millennial generation .. a generation that I'm not entirely familiar with, though I've never seen any of the customers upset by the atmosphere. I'd rather pay 20 dollars here and get a haircut that I don't have to defend to myself when looking in the mirror , then pay a couple of bucks less and regret it every time I see my reflection.
