We had a large party and were sat in the back room which happened to be infested with flies topped off with flouresent lighting and no music. The flies were so bad that the container of red peper flakes had about 50 flies swarming inside to point where my 2yr old pointed it out and said "Ewwww bugs!!" We told the waiter of the problem and he said they knew about it and spray once a week but essentially it is what it is. No visit from the manager or anything to make the situation right. I was probably one of the only people who truly enjoyed my meal. Everyone else mentioned the food quality or taste not being the same... or they had flies in their food. The new bathrooms only have 1 stall which is quite a downgrade from the last location. Our server was very nice overall though. Wont be back.

I ordered the seasoned waffle fries which had a Cajun kick to them and very crunchy. I ordered a small and they definitely gave me a small. Lol. This is a very nice express to pizza eatery. The bright orange and white decor gives it such a fun family vibe. I love that they have a mini game room to keep kids occupied and even a little game room for the adults. The menu is pretty straight forward and gives you original options. Offering pizza, wings, frozen adult daiquiris, and my favorite MILKSHAKES. I didn't get one this time but don't worry you know I'll be back.

They were personal, attentive, and kind. Darren was a pleasure to visit with. It felt like I had lived here all my life. The decor is fun with nods to both NY and Chicago. The Meatballs Amore are the 3 meats version that I get in Tuscany and Rome when I'm there for work. Moist, almost creamy. The whole roasted eggplant will knock your socks off if you're an eggplant person like me. Soft, basil-enriched, and roasted to a great degree. It's a very nice-sized portion for multiple people or for a light meal alone. And last but not least, the Grandpappy is their DELICIOUS bread pudding dessert, served with creamy ice cream in a hot, iron skillet to stay warm, crusty on the sides, and super creamy in the middle. Ugh! Soooo great. Service is lovely. My waitress, Adrielle, was fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, and extremely personable. She helped make the meal that much better. Reginelli's has a great ambiance, with TVs on mute so you can keep up with what's going on, and great classic rock/pop music plays the greatest hits over the restaurant speakers. Second visit there was only one server and the place ended up getting packed and I felt terrible for her because she had so many tables. It probably took 20 minutes to get to me for a drink order and another 10 before I could place my food order. She was very nice, but there needs to be management there to help out when things get this rough. Third visit is probably my last. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, the young man waiting tables is OK nice. My other two visits both of my entrées came with beans and rice. I ordered Daddy's special An outage came on a huge plate with a tamale, flauta, and a chile relleno. There were no beans and rice and I asked my server if I could get a side of beans and rice for the plate? Few moments later he came out with a rather large plate with beans and rice on it. About 30% more than you would get on a normal plate. When my check came, I was shocked. For the side of beans and rice that was 399 each which brought my ticket total up eight dollars! That's right, $8 for side of beans and rice. I'll skip this place and go back to my regular spots, Casa Garcia and Caretta's.
