Our dogs actually looked forward to their visits and always came back looking fantastic and smelling so good. They even send them home with the cutest little bandannas, which is such a fun touch. We have two very different dogs, one big, well-trained younger dog and one senior pup who is let's just say he has the personality of a possum. Despite that challenge, she somehow found a way to connect with him and make him comfortable too, which really meant a lot to us. It's rare to find someone who is not only talented at grooming but also genuinely patient and kind with every type of dog. We're so grateful for the care our dogs received here. I spent years searching for someone, anyone that could make him look the same. ALL failed, not to say he didn't look good but nobody really came close. Until spoiled rotten, she NAILED the look I'd been searching for. Absolutely the best eve, worth the few extra bucks. The biggest tell for me besides the skill, Chewie likes her and that really means something! He doesn't like anybody, seriously. There are two stations and I've never ran into not having one available. If you use their dog wash station the best bang for your buck is the $50 wash dog card. It's a $75 value and you get 5 washes. It knocks $5 off per wash if you do it that way. Employees have always been helpful and smiling. They assisted my husband and I with what type of dog food to switch to since our girl is now 8. They also have a selection of medications? Harnesses, toys, frozen foods, etc. all the things you'd see at a huge store.

I came into learning of bark buddies by the suv driving around with the very inviting art work. Ashley was nice enough to come to my home and meet me and my dog Rosie. My dog instantly gravitated to her. It was nice to learn that Ashley can pick up in the car and take to a neighboring area to walk which was my preference . She lets you know when she's in route to the home and shares a map of the route and picture of the doggie walking, I know there was some period in which she couldn't take my dog but her brother came and offered the same open communication of the walk. There was even help in cleaning the yard. This was the first time in which my dog was home alone ti be picked up but seeing the photo and hearing the successful walk brought me peace of mind when I couldn't be near. Our two dogs were groomed for the third time at Animal Oasis. My daughter and I were pleased until…read morethis last visit with them. Our precious fourteen year old female was called beautiful and had pics taken of passerby's. When we picked her up after her being there for three hours or more ( every visit the same amount of time ) we just wanted to get them home. With her we noticed immediately her " beautiful fan tail " was no more. Her hind leg had been shaved to the bone. The shaver got away from one of their employees and that employee was not honest enough to report it. And if it was reported to his or her employer when we picked up our precious dog the incident was ignored and she was handed over to us like nothing ever happened. Now, a few months later she still has the large bald spot on the back of her hind leg where no hair has grown.. Her tail is completely butchered it hasn't grown out to its " beautiful fan wave" for a Collie after all this time. " I cant imagine what she was put through" being there! Our two year old male dog the most loving ever had his face completely missed his beard went over his lip. I trimmed it myself. I'm grateful our male dog hadn't gone through the trauma our precious female had gone through. I personally feel that someone there ( management) should be taking responsibility by checking while dogs are being groomed by ( newbies ) or any employee in any manner. I feel my female dog was left with a newbie and was not given the attention to this employee that he or she needed with managing. My daughter and I were under the impression that the woman that met us outside( same woman that groomed twice before ) asked how we'd like their grooming taken care of would be the one attending to both our dogs we trusted her grooming since she had done both our dogs twice before and we were happy with their outcome We had made recommendations to friends about Animal Oasis.We put our trust in the woman who greeted us who seemed interested in our concerns towards their grooming. This business failed my dogs and us. We should have looked at the grooming before paying the $100.00 per dog and not given the tips. I've never had to write up a complaint I waited hoping my female dog would grow her beautiful hair back to its original shape " Not" ! The Animal Oasis deserves this complaint. If you go to Animal Oasis after my complaint ask questions like who will be attending fully to my animal and look carefully after the work has been completed to your satisfaction before tipping. Get names, your dog is part of your loving family and should be treated like so.
