I brought my dog here for grooming, and when she was returned to me, I was very concerned about her condition. There were visibly irritated areas around her face/eye and other areas that concerned me. I contacted the business directly and sent photos because I wanted to give them an opportunity to explain what happened before posting a review. I was told my dog had been matted and had eye discharge, that a spot had been missed in her armpit, and that her ear hair had been plucked. The owner then sent me surveillance footage, asked me to confirm that the dog in the footage was mine, and told me he would review the video, sound, and phone calls from the grooming room. I confirmed it was my dog. After that, I heard nothing. More than a week passed with no phone call, explanation, or follow-up. I finally contacted the owner again and explained that because I never received the promised follow-up, I would not be returning and would be leaving a review about my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns or explaining what he found after reviewing the footage, his response was: "I have video and sound of your phone call, we can involve attorneys if you'd like." I found that response extremely disappointing. I wasn't asking for an argument or threatening anyone. I was a customer asking what happened with my dog and waiting for the follow-up I had been told I would receive. As a pet owner, I expect a groomer to communicate with me if there is an issue with my dog and to take my concerns seriously when I notice something afterward. I gave this business an opportunity to investigate and respond directly before posting anything publicly. Unfortunately, I still never received an explanation of what their review of the footage showed. Based on my personal experience, the condition in which my dog was returned to me, the lack of follow-up, and the response I received when I finally followed up myself, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. I have retained the photographs, text messages, and other documentation related to my experience.

We have been so thrilled with how much exercise my two dogs get and how well cared for they are. I know that my dogs will never go to any other kennel and I'm a veterinarian! I have a samoyed pup who I've had people messed up before. So I'm pretty leery when people tell me they can groom her no problem. I called and talked to Carolyn, she was super sweet, but I knew not to judge till I got my fluffy marshmallow back from the appointment. I dropped her off, ran around town for about 4 hours, and I swear my baby had never looked so pretty. She seriously looked like she was getting ready for an Instagram photo shoot, which of course I did lol. Price for what I got was great.
