When I tried to contact them on Facebook, they deleted the Facebook page and deleted the messages on Facebook messenger. I kept all the content of the messages and I work for the Federal government. I booked an inside and outside detail on my car. They charged me 160.00 but when they were finished had not cleaned the bumper and later I went out to drive the car and it had dirty rims. I booked with Goat detail but another company came out to clean my car, LZ Detailing. Goats had turned off all communication with me since I complained. I'm now going to Facebook to lodge a complaint against both companies. I'm also going after my money back either my bank. I'm tired of unscrupulous companies taking advantage of seniors.
