I canceled my membership 2 weeks ago online thru their mojoapp and they charged my card today. Tried calling customer service but the rep wasnt very smart and had to repeat myth self 3 times spelling my license plate which was siren. She couldn't find my account so I just went to a location and they said it wasn't canceled but couldn't issue a credit and I had to call the same number I just called. So I called again and the guy said he couldn't issue me a credit cause I didnt cancel 7 days ahead of time. I explained to him I canceled it 2 weeks ago. I didnt keep the email and he said it wasn't canceled until today and couldn't give me a refund. Went to car wash on 10th and talked to Ernest. Couldn't give me a different phone number than the one I already called and couldn't issue a credit. Do not go thru these guys. The last time I was a member I had the same issues. read more

Silverstar car wash is not worth the time or wash quality. The rear of your vehicle is always dirty and the scan your plate and enter the car wash is a joke. Silverstar e-mailed me that they were suspending my car washes because my credit card was due for renewal, but I had already paid for the month. The following month, they again took the monthly payment but would not let me into the car wash until I showed them the new card. I appreciate their service, but I have a problem with their business practices. The last time I had a problem with them, there was no problem with my card, but they started charging me twice a month and it took several months to get it straighten out. read more

One and done for me. I took my lightly dirty honda there and bought the More carwash for about $20. After I got home, the whole back of my Pilot was filthy--I spent 10 minutes cleaning the tailgate, lights, and trim. Never again. read more

Have bought several of their special packages either 1 month or 3 month. Have gone online to cancel before the promo is over & still got charged full price mrmbership as if I hadn't cancelled. This has happened 3-4 times. Have called & had my $ refunded but it's all such a hassle. Their normal prices are way too expensive. They have put almost everyone else out of business in town especially the one that cleaned the interior for less cost!! Wash never completely cleans the center backend of my car. I can go back through but why? If doesn't do it the first time is it really going to do it the 2nd time? Cannot recommend unless you get a package on sale but beware trying to cancel it!! read more

The car wash is really fast and does not get all the soap off and some dirt but having a vacuum and micro fiber towels witch is awesome and I'm able to wipe the outside and the inside of the car clean. I will continue to go here and the people especially the Woman are so kind and funny. read more

We went to Silverstar car wash today and nobody was there and I was told on the thing and they said on the big screen that it was open 7:38 PM. Why was it not open? I don't know you asked the employee that I saw Skanking around doing who knows what OK And multiple people had to try and maneuver the way out because the stupid ass trying to figure it out, but they decided to close because they're lazy asses can't get up to work. read more

Silverstar used to be a very good car wash, they would spray the areas of your vehicle that has bugs including mirrors and 2 people would brush the area sprayed and continue to the back of your vehicle, NOT ANYMORE!!! They don't spray the area for bugs, they don't hand scrub your vehicle with a brush and there is no more THEY, there is one person there (usually on their phone) and they hit the start button as soon as your vehicle is in the car wash, they don't even watch to make sure your tires are in the track and all of a sudden your vehicle gets shoved sideways (don't they know this ruins the tire alignment of your vehicle?) I canceled my membership after 30 days, each time I went there I would go through the wash 3 or 4 times and tell them there are still bugs on my grill and my windshield! I'm not any other car wash is any better but I'm not going back to SILVERSTAR, I hand wash my car at home!! read more

I've purchased a multiwash reloadable card so I feel like I have to use this car wash. I've visited 3 different locations and still get the same crappy wash. I get to the drying station and spend more time elbow greasing the bugs off than the guys in the wash do to get them off. Staff is NOT friendly and almost put out that you're there to inconvenience them. read more

I usually love silverstar but i went through and one of the male workers with earrings and I could read his lips and he was swearing at my boyfriend and I and just being ridiculous. I will not be back to the 10th street wash. Come on silverstar be better. read more

Car wash kept stopping as I went through the wash, nothing ever seems to work at this location; including the employees. Such a disappointment. This is the closest location to my home and it seems as though it's not worth the monthly fee if I can't wash my car properly when the equipment doesn't work. read more

Great car wash. This place looks brand new but the staff has it down pat. Our pickup was very dirty and bug-covered (honeybees are especially sticky) We were able to go thru twice for no extra charge and no hassle. The crew worked very hard to get us cleaned up. terrible car wash, husband took our honda ridgeline thru today & came home again with a truck full of soap in the box of the pickup!! had to get the garden hose out to rinse off the soap in the truck box! should not have to do that, this is happening the past 3 or 4 times!! not very impressed or happy with this car wash! read more

Don't do the $8 car wash. It doesn't get your car clean. The brushes won't turn on to scrub your car and it doesn't wash all the soap off. The car behind got the brushes though. They must have paid more. The water spots on the roof were still there from before. It didn't even look like I went through a car wash. If you aren't going to get my car clean then don't even give an $8 option. read more
