I said, "next week," and from there the man went on a complete rant about how ANYONE should know that you just can't get your car detailed with that short amount of notice. I said OK and was ready to end the conversation and the man went ON and ON and ON about how ridiculous it was that I would even ask such a question. I don't care if they're able to turn my Mitsubishi into a gold-plated carriage with diamonds in the rims. Never going there. A simple, "No ma'am, we're booked way out" would have sufficed.

I had a very difficult stain on my car exterior from something like rusty water that leaked onto it. I had been unable to clean it off, and a hand wash car cleaning place also made no progress. Lickide Split completely cleaned it up. Also, today they helped me out with a grease/sauce stain on my upholstery from pizza. I could not believe how fast they handled it. It seriously took them less than a minute, and my seat looks perfect. Again, I will continue to be a repeat customer. I'm very pleased.

He followed up with a clay bar and ceramic coating treatment after. My car looks better now than it did when I drove it off of the lot 2 years ago. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I have worked in the auto business for 60 years and moved from Kansas City a year ago. I found…read moreJuhl Auto and contacted them about changing the coolant in my toyota highlander. He said about $200 or less and it would take about 3-4 hours so I made an appointment for 9/3 2026 at 1:00 pm and told him I had my own Toyota Factory coolant. So i dropped it off an hour early to give them plenty of time. I called at 4:00 and they said they were just rolling it in so I waited until 6:30 and called and they were closed. I went down the next morning and they were going to charge me $350 but I told the lady he had quoted me as much as $200 so they lowered the bill to $200. I got home and figured they had not used my factory cooland and that the radiator was low and there was no coolant in the overflow tank. I filled it up with almost 3 quarts of coolant and decided they were not going to work on my car anymore. I don't know how they got the 4.8 rating they show on the website but beware of wortk done by them.

I live down on Omaha, NE and was glad I made the 3-hour trip up to Dakota Rustproofing. Scheduling was easy with the online reservation form. I received a confirmation email immediately after scheduling and a follow up a day before my appointment. Keith even called me to morning of my appointment to make sure the weather was not too bad for me to make the drive up to Sioux Falls. Keith went over the entire process when I arrived and made sure my expectations were met. He then began his magic on protecting my vehicle. Before he was finishing up, he brought me into the work bay to show me the work while it was on the lift. He did a very thorough job and I am happy with the attention to detail he showed my vehicle. I am happy to support small businesses, especially ones that take pride in the work they perform. Keith enjoys the work he does and that is reflected in his attitude and customer service. Without hesitation I would recommend bringing your vehicle, old or new, to Dakota Rustproofing. I certainly will be back for touchups as needed, and for any future rustproofing needs on other vehicles.

After reading the information about rustproofing on their website, I scheduled my appointment…read moreonline for as soon as they opened at 9 a.m. I was so thankful Keith took the time to do a VERY THOROUGH job of undercoating my SUV. Their website said an appointment usually takes 60-90 minutes, but I was very pleased he spent extra time (a little over 2 hrs.) doing my SUV. I am a newcomer to So. Dak. and snow country, so my SUV had only the undercoat the dealer had applied 18 yrs. ago in Calif. Kevin explained that some of the rubber plugs, whose purpose is to keep road moisture off the frame, were missing on the frame under my vehicle. However, he was able to treat those open areas with the Woolwax, so the frame is now protected from salt, brine and water despite the missing plugs. He also found some of the plastic shields under the wheel wells were loose due to some missing plastic clips, and he installed those clips. He explained I will no longer need to to get the underbody of my car washed when I go through the car wash, because the clear Woodwax treatment will protect the SUV from the salt, brine and water. He said the clear wax treatment will actually last longer if I DON'T wash the underbody of my car. Kevin texted me pictures of his completed work, and it couldn't look any cleaner under my car, in the wheel wells and in the door jambs. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions and explained the treatment should be reapplied each year. [A 50% discount will apply next year.] I highly recommend this business.
