" The post office and it workers are slow and unreliable!" I have had hundreds of packages and mail come through the post office. I know many of them as friends. They are not slow. They are not unreliable. They are kind hard working people who are overworked and underpaid. They do passports and lift heavy boxes. I have seen them work and they work a lot harder than these lazy RV workers at Noteboom. I can promise the owner of Noteboom who responded to my review with more lies, that if she continues to lie about me or what happened I will personally make sure that all thirty three thousand hard working postal workers in South Dakota know they are not welcome at Noteboom. There was no reason to attack the post office. Your staff did not mail the paperwork so it is not the US Mail Services fault. Noteboom did not communicate with me. In August, I found out that a…read morerecall relating to loose bolts in the chase and or braking system had been issued in June 2025 prior to me purchasing the certified pre owned vehicle . I called graham of Sioux Falls right away to schedule the repair. I was encouraged to schedule 3-4 weeks out to ensure a loaner would be available and that service would be ordering the parts right away. I was also reassured by Graham that my vehicle would be safe to drive in the intrum. I scheduled my repair for Oct 3 (almost 6 weeks out) and took a vacation day to come to Sioux Falls For the repair. I was in route to Sioux Falls October 3 when I received a call from the service department telling me all the parts had not come in (this call came in at just before 2pm) and I would have to reschedule mid to late November. I was very concerned about driving the vehicle even longer without the repairs being done but was reassured again by service that it would be safe to drive. An Appointment date was not offered during this call. I called back 6 days later to inquire about an appointment and to ask about the parts. I was told by service that yes all the parts were in but the service department is so busy, they could not get me in until mid to late November. I was very upset that I had already waited a reasonable amount of time for the repair and now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks as well as heightened concerned for the safety of driving the vehicle. Service again reassured me it would be safe to drive. No appointment was offered. So I called back again to speak to the manager. I was given his voicemail by a not so friendly receptionist. I left a message explaining my concerns and dissatisfaction (on Oct 10th). I had not received a call back so I sent an email on Oct 15 to Graham of Sioux Falls explaining this situation, my extreme dissatisfied, and complete surprise by the lack of follow-up and service recovery. I have yet to receive a call back from the service manager or a response from my email or a call to schedule this recall repair work and it is now Oct 20th, just over two months from my initial call. I would also need to schedule another vacation day to bring my car back to Sioux Falls for the repair and now my work schedule is made out through November. This is completely unacceptable. Recall work should be done in a reasonable timely manner and this does not seem like it. Also when I purchased the vehicle, I was told an oil change had been completed. There was a sticker on the windshield stating it had been completed but my vehicle's states that an oil change is over due. Because of this, I would NOT recommend Graham of Sioux Falls.
