Overpriced used campers, they don't haggle with prices. We wanted a washer and dryer in our unit and while being able to finance it together with the camper was great, I had asked to see the washer and dryers and they shrugged saying they're just whirlpool appliances. I was like is that supposed to mean anything to me, having never purchased a whirlpool appliance before. And while the washer and dryer are "stackable" they are connected simply bolted together and we have already had issues of our dryer falling over while traveling and the bolts have completely come undone. While we had a good buying experience a year ago, they just told us not to bring our motorhome back. We have two issues with it, one in the chassis and the other in the motorhome. They are not honoring the extended warranty we paid mega bucks for. They have had the motorhome for 6 weeks and have tried to solve the issue, but don't want to see it to a complete fix. I had been looking for a 5th wheel for over a year. Noteboom RV put a 5th wheel on the lot for $8K less than the same year/model at a dealer here in the Black Hills. I did a video walk through and put down a deposit. They were accommodating to my schedule to get out there to pick it up. When I did pick it up, unfortunately K had a tire blow within 15 miles and it really tore up the trim. While towing our trailer to Sioux Falls, SD, we had porpoising going on. We got out to check the hitch. It seemed fine. Back on the road, it started porpoising again. Pulled over, unhitched and rehitched. Same problem. Nearest RV dealer was Noteboom. We went i there immediately and had the good fortune to meet Cory Riemersma. Explained the issue. He immediately offered help. Checked the tow hitch, measured everything to ensure we had it set and hitched correctly. Advised us it could just be the road we were on. Once we knew everything was as it should be, we got back on the road with confidence. Sure enough, a few more miles down the road, we were on a different type of pavement and the porpoising stopped. I bought a 2018 Keystone passport from Noteboom RV this last April. Since I live on the westside of the state all the correspondence was done on line. Greg was quick to answer all my questions, and had the RV in tip top shape, even installed a new water heater the day before I got there. They had the RV ready to go when I got there. This was great since I had a long trip ahead of me. They went over all the systems with me and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. The paperwork was quick and straightforward. No pressure whatsoever. One of the techs helped my father in law hook up the equalizer while I was doing paperwork. . So we were on the road before we knew it. Noteboom 'prides' themselves that their prices are fair, and keeps everyone happy (customer and business). TRANSLATION: they will not negotiate. ZERO. Be prepared to pay asking price (too much money!) Because they will not budge at all. They will not try to earn your business. Bad reviews/comments on Facebook get deleted and blocked. I think it's very important for company to be transparent, good and bad. We did not buy our camper through them for the above reasons. They are 4 hours away from us. Our camper at Couchs RV Nation is 12 hours. Better customer service there and price, well worth the drive. RV Nation will ship to you as well! read more
