The atmosphere was very low pressure and I had a nice visit with their sales team. I felt like they really listened and understood what I was looking for. Their website is so easy to use and a great tool for getting payment estimates. Everyone was upfront about credit factors, trade-ins, any fees, and fully disclosed everything. They went over a few options and even offered to let me bring a car seat and try a few out. I was so comfortable that they didn't pressure I spent a another few weeks looking and when we finally found something we liked we went back and bought. It was quick and easy. I've had a few friends that have been here and liked it, and I can see why. We were treated wonderfully and would gladly buy again.

Purchased a 23 Silverado from these guys for 38k. Within a couple weeks the trans was making a…read morewhining noise coming from the pan. I brought it back under the 3 month 3k in house warranty that they offer. I was initially told that they could hear "some" noises and they were leaning towards a Transmission pump. Said they would call me by the end of the work day, no call. Next morning, I called and they said everything was good to go and they changed the tranny fluid and the noise went away. I told them changing the fluid was just a temporary fix, and they needed to address the real issue. They insisted that the TSB out on that vehicle suggested changing trans fluid and see what it does. From what I can tell the TSB said to drop the pan as well and Inspect for shavings or damage as well. This was not done. Instead, they sent me home with a measly 1k miles more on my warranty. Needless to say, I'm 500 miles over thier 1k extension and my trans is whining again. They also said they would get me a deal on a serpentine belt and idler pulley that was going out. When I got the estimate it was 287 dollars without tax. Parts are 120 bucks. I dont see any kind of a "deal" there. The last thing I would like to address is this company promps google 5 star reviews "asks customers to leave reviews" I'm sure like in all the other 1 star reviews they will put this all on the customer.
