NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY…read more My dad tragically passed away on the side of the interstate from a heart attack. His truck was towed by A Plus Towing while our family was dealing with the aftermath of his sudden death. We couldn't find his wallet, so the trooper helping us contacted the company to see if he could access my dad's truck. They wanted $150 just to unlock the gate so the trooper could look for it, since it was a Sunday and they were "closed." The next day, I went there myself. I understand that they have procedures for releasing vehicles to family members. That was not the issue. The issue was the complete lack of compassion. After the trooper contacted his lieutenant, who then contacted the company to release my dad's truck to me, Jeremiah told me: "Just because we talked to the lieutenant, I still don't know if I WANT to release it to you." I was absolutely stunned. He walked away, clearly annoyed, and brought me to my dad's truck. My dad had just died, and instead of showing even a little empathy, I was treated like an inconvenience. His truck had been there a little over 24 hours, and I was charged over $300. This review is not about the money. It's not even about their policies. Businesses have rules, and I understand that. It's about how you treat people when they are going through one of the worst moments of their lives. There was no compassion shown to me, especially from Jeremiah. I sincerely hope no other grieving family has to experience this kind of treatment--or work with this company again.

His landlord is always super chill and said he never has anyone towed ever. Said they probably had someone call it in or If someone was patrolling and saw it. $312 for one day. JESUSSSSSS CHRIST. Most people are paycheck to paycheck these days, so now I am 100% broke until my paycheck until about a week and half from now. Thanks for the highway robbery all American towing!

This company is predatory and does not care about you, only their bottom line and making money. DO NOT USE. Also it has a daily impound fee of $50... be for real right now, that is absurd.

I was able to observe and I like the fact they run a wire brush along the edge of the rim to remove road grime for a better tire seal. I was a little worried because of the low rating on Yelp, however, the service quality was top notch. In my opinion, it's the guys working in the front that may be why reviews are low. When I asked about a military discount I was told he could not change the invoice of the other service cashier. These gentlemen are not about pleasantries or chatting nicely, because they are trying to take in all the customers and get the vehicles serviced, so I totally get that. Biggest thing here is the end result and I could not be happier!

They are charging over $800 for replacing wheel bearing, studs, lug nuts, and a rim replacement. We supplied our own tires and several studs. When I called to discuss the price since it's so high considering the time frame they've had the car, I was told that considering the work they did it isn't that high. But We have been without a car for nearly a week and any time I have called to check on progress we've been told "we're doing it right now".
