I called Felipe and he would NOT give me a price over the phone and asked me to swing by. If he was not on the way to my kids school, I honestly would not have stopped in. I am really glad I did. Felipe told me that those prices are really low and if I am shopping just for price that I should go with one of them. He normally charges $900+ for this type of work and met me in the middle at $750. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier. In the end I chose Felipe because I trusted him. He is a great guy and honest. He does not try to sell you or BS you and is very straightforward. If I ever need service like this, I will be coming back to him for sure. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
