I was shopping around for a headliner replacement on a 2006 GMC Sierra that I just bought for a ranch/work/snow truck. I had 2 quotes, one for $500 and one for $600. I called Felipe and he would NOT give me a price over the phone and asked me to swing by. If he was not on the way to my kids school, I honestly would not have stopped in. I am really glad I did. Felipe told me that those prices are really low and if I am shopping just for price that I should go with one of them. He normally charges $900+ for this type of work and met me in the middle at $750. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier. In the end I chose Felipe because I trusted him. He is a great guy and honest. He does not try to sell you or BS you and is very straightforward. If I ever need service like this, I will be coming back to him for sure. Toyota Rav 4 2014 front seats have a 3 inch ledge to get in and out. Although I have a hard time getting in and out, my wife has a handicape and could not lift herself ovver the ledge. I just bought my new car this week and unfortunately already had an incident with some super glue and my leather seat. I found Kool Kustoms on Yelp and decided to try them out. I took it in early and they offered a quick same day fix, pretty fast too! As I waited, I noticed their shop was very clean and also seen some the of projects they were working on currently, which looked pretty cool. Filipe and Claudia did a excellent job in removing the glue residue and even fixed a snag that I had in my leather stitching. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough work. They were fast, but they didn't rush the job and took their time to make sure to preserve what they could of my leather without damaging it. I was very happy with the finished outcome. In my ignorance, initially didn't realize my good fortune in Kool Kustoms pricing for fabulous work Felipe does top quality work with a smile and a quick turn around. He sews an invisible fine and tight line, curves are smooth and lay flat; pattern match is flawless. Hooligans stole the vehicle. Felipe dismantled and thoroughly cleaned the front seat cushions, and spent a day locating and picking up matching fabric. He cleaned and restored the carpeting, door panels, trim, rear seat, headliner, and dash, then banished cigar odors left by the filthy thieves. All this at a cost the dealer quoted for a set of quality leather seat covers to slip over burned seats, and well below new installed oem seats,with no restoration of anything else.. Kool Kustoms and Touch of Class (separate review) are excellent choices for your auto, they treat you like family.
