I've been trying to get my car detailed for a while and have been talking to Daniel for several days due to my complicated schedule and he was so patient with me and produced such amazing customer service every time we spoke. Oh my goodness! If I if I could give Daniel and his crew six stars I would. They got here in a very timely fashion, and proceeded to meticulously and beautifully detail three cars and then Claybar and seal my new car. The inside of the three cars were a total mess because we have a lovely but very hairy German Shepherd. He got every bit of the hair out, shampooed all the carpets, got the ketchup out of the front seat and left everything sparkly. Daniel and his team pay very close attention to detail and take pride in their work. They came to my house and spent all day doing a full detail inside and out on one of my Avalanches including ceramic coat and sealer and removed all the water spots from the glass and mirrors also did the ceramic coat and sealer on my other Avalanche. For those that have scheduled an Appt and then found the business not be responsive or professional then there will be more of these reviews. I purchased a 2018 Chrysler 300 that was clean. But smelled of smoke so I contacted Gold standard detail and they assured me they would work to remove the smell. The detailer showed up without the ozone machine but I had them proceed anyway under the presumption they would come back and finish the job. Its been a over a week and I have text the owner and detailer with no response. I am very disappointed and they will not have my future business.
