We have used Neilsen's for years and have always been ecstatic with the results. Recently we had an older vehicle detailed and it literally came out looking brand new. The seats, floors and even doors were impeccably cleaned! After that awesome result, we asked them to detail our boat. The boat had been on a dock in the sun for years. Again, amazing transformation. Fabulous job by Nielsen's Mobile Detailing. My Honda is 12 yrs old and has never been detailed before. The interior upholstery had so many stains after all the years of use that I really wasn't expecting to come out. I was so amazed at the job they did. I haven't seen it look that good since the day I drove it off the lot. I only wish I had taken some pics before it was done to show how much work they put in to making it look so great. KEEP IT MOVING PEOPLE...too bad you have to pick a star rating in order to leave a comment but i guess I'll give you one star since you did answer the phone originally to make the appt 3 WEEKS AGO. My husband made our appt. 3 weeks out and confirmed the Thursday prior to the appt for 830am. An employee called at 827am and said he's not going to be able to come until closer to 11am. My husband said that's not what the owner told me so I'll call him and the call ended. *I made a bet with my husband prior to his call and said I bet he doesn't answer. Sure enough...he didn't answer. After about 10+ calls back to back he gave up. I can't remember if I've ever written a review about a business on yelp but when you FLAKE on an appt and then don't answer your phone you bet I'm going to tell ppl about it. On to next. I own a Fiberglass 1985, 45' Trawler that I'm sure has never been waxed. A crew of 4 spent 4 days cutting, polishing and sealing the entire boat (hull, superstructure, flybridge in/out and sun deck). They arrived on time every day and did an outstanding job. The boat looks awsome and has a shine like new! I had very hard waterspots on all my windows and they polished them out to look brand new. I was very impressed that when they were doing the final touchups, they all removed their shoes prior to boarding. This is a First Class business and I will definately recommend to all my friends and use them again for the future 2/3 year maintenance waxings. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST. Scheduled appointment to bring RV to them. Call on the morning to confirm. Some guy calls me that cannot speak English to say the "equipment broke". I asked the owner to call me. Nelson said it was my fault I couldn't understand his worker via email from his phone, no call, and they wouldn't do the service for me. How cowardly is that? They knew it had to be done today. Instead they have people who cannot speak English coming up with the lame reason that equipment broke. They did not even give me the courtesy of a call. Basically they over scheduled and wanted to cancel me. VERY POOR BUSINESS! Response from business you must avoid. Nothing but poor business practice and lies. People never called me to reschedule. Does this really look like someone you want to business with? I guess the truth hurts. It wasn't a lame excuse Sir, our pressure washer wasn't working, and my guy only wanted you to come to our shop so we could service you. They are wonderful!! Pink nail polish splattered all over the rear passenger part of my car. Sad part, I didn't do it... I panicked and rubbed acetone on it, after a few seconds the paint on my car had smeared into several dull spots. So started yelping and came across a few places, I ended up going with Nielsen's. He answered all my questions over the phone and assured me that they'd be able to fix it. Scheduled an appt, they came to my job site so it was very convenient. They were late but did call to let me know, didnt bother me since I was not waiting around for them. They fixed the area, washed and detailed my car in less than an hour. When I saw my car, it looked better than it did when I drove off the lot. All for $80.00! I tipped them since they did such an amazing job. Very satisfied and will continue to use them. read more

I have to say they did a good job on the outside of my boat BUT the helm area was not hardly cleaned!! I made the mistake of not checking their work before they left. I contacted them and they said they would come back to redo. After two weeks of phone calls and two appointments NO SHOW! the owner cussed ME out.
