It's now Tuesday and I'm on my way to my appointment well his old business address is listed so I get there and I can't find the place . I ended up calling him to see what's going on he then informed he had a new business address which isn't listed so he texted me the new address which was almost 10 mins from where I was I had to get back on the freeway going in the opposite direction . Why not inform a new customer of your address update beforehand ? . Just completely unprofessional. I finally get there there's no signs listed at the place it looks like an auto shop I pull in visibly annoyed because of the unprofessionalism . And in turn Instead of being apologetic he gets an attitude and had an arrogant tone . So I decided not to get the service for 280.00 I can go somewhere my money and time is valued and appreciated rather than deal with unprofessionalism and a bunch guys hanging around at a shop . Honestly this is a 2 star for me but I'm showing grace because I'm a car guy and normally do this…read morework myself. For $275 I expected a lot more quality. The main request was smoke/odor removal which didn't work after interior shampoo and two deodorizing treatments. I ended dousing it with two big bottles of chemical guys deodorant air freshener to get rid of the smell. Then to wipe some of the spray off the seats I used a wet rag. I was shocked how much dirt I pulled out of the seats. Dirty water photo attached. Then I realized the seatbelts were never touched. Picture of rag attached. There were also a lot of missed details that bothered me like the margins on the air vents and seatbelt housing. Both had easily spotted dirt on them that took seconds to remove. For the amount of time I ended up spending on it I should have just done it myself and saved $275.

The package I got was the ceramic 5 year protection and paint correction..He really cared and took his time and the quality of work shows.
