They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

It had been over a year since it had a deep interior cleaning. Allan contacted me through Yelp and quoted $280 for full interior detail. He was able to schedule a convenient time and date for me. Allan arrived on time and I showed him the main area I was concerned about (big coffee stain on the roof/ceiling of my car. I wish I took pics of the before and after of the seats and dashboard of my interior. Let me just say this was truly a transformation. Once he was done with my car, it looked and smelled brand new!! Stain on roof- GONE. My leather seats were shiny and floors mats freshly vacuumed. Every nook and cranny of my car was squeaky clean. All the crumbs and hair disappeared.
