They also did an amazing job on the inside, cleaning far more than I expected, leaving it spotless. With to included tire shine and rims cleaned, it honestly looked like my car was just detailed. Two star loss. Paid $15 more than I normally do and got less than I did last time. Several bug spots on mirrors and hood. Hand to point out Several missed spots and reclean areas. After leaving I noticed streaks on the inside of drivers window. Dirt in gear shift area. Uncleaned rear view mirror, unwiped door trim's. Third time I've been in a couple months. The first ever clean was $60 detail and was worth it. First Signature wash was well worth it. Second, third, and fourth cleanings were scary bad. Like refund worthy bad. I've been driving from south Austin. Never again. I'll find a better use of my time and money. read more

I've been looking for a good place to get my car washed here in ATX. This place is just down the street so convenience was a major factor in choosing it. On the weekend it's typically packed so it seemed like a spot locals tend to use too. I pulled in on a weekday around 1pm. There was no wait and we rocketed through the wash. We had no less than two men working on the car and we were all cleaned up and out of there within 30min. I was shocked at the speed and figured something must be wrong - I looked over the car but it was spotless. My car hadn't been washed in over a month and had more than 2000 miles on it since the last wash so it wasn't an easy job. It also had about 50 days of puppy fur coating the interior... all gone. I'm definitely going to come back and give this place another go with our second car. If all goes as smoothly on the second go-around we'll make this a bi-weekly stop and bump it up to 5 stars. read more

What a friendly a professional team they have! I did the full detail (due to an inconvenient gas spill accident on my part), and they took care of my car right away and it left looking (and smelling) good as new. They bagged up all my random belongings that had been strewn across the car. I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Has an indoor waiting room too. read more

Blah-- 20.00 for a wash and detail (the deluxe) and it was a joke! Carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly, bugs still on my front end, detergent powder was still all over my windows, and my wheels were awful. For this deluxe wash I had to go home after leaving to re-vacuum my carpets and clean my wheels properly. As a lakeway native I really wanted to like this place but please! This place trips my fairness trigger big time. There is no one managing the flow of cars coming out of the wash area (where you ride through the machine while in your car) out into the hand wipe down area (where you get out and wait inside). When you drive out of the wash area, there are 3 slots to drive into to have your car wiped down. If all 3 are occupied you sit there and wait for one to open up. But if it's busy and cars are getting backed up behind you, you are ushered to a particular slot to get in line behind that car, then everyone behind you is likewise put behind the other 2 cars in the slots. So the car behind me actually moved into wiping position before me, so it's like picking the wrong lane at the grocery store (argh!), except I wasn't the one who picked it. Then yet another car comes out of the washing area behind me and they created a new slot for him and started working on his car immediately. So by the time I moved into wiping slot, 2 cars from behind me were done or almost done. I admit I have a trigger for unfairness, so this might not bother other, more easy going people. Really disappointed, purchased the executive wash costing $18 not including tip. This is an exterior only wash with a hand dry and tire dressing. You sit in the vehicle the whole time. Trusting they would do a good job for that kind or price I did not get out and inspect the car. When I arrived at my next stop I inspected the car to see I had some sort of contact mark on my rear bumper and the back of the car still filthy. While I can't say the contact mark was from them banging around with their scrubber I can say they should have done a much better job of washing the car. The only positive thing I can say was it was quick. Would not recommend especially considering the cost. It is a rip off. read more

Rinse is too quick (does not get all soap off vehicle) and hand dryers only do a good job if they receive a tip. Keep in mind, you're already paying extra to have your vehicle hand dried. I have a large SUV and I've been going to the same facility in San Antonio for years under their 'car wash club'. We moved to the Bee Cave area this summer and I just tried out Go Wash. My car has not looked better since I purchased it! The folks detailing the interiors never stopped hustling the entire time I was there (which wasn't long btw). When I told the gal working on my car that the job she did was unbelievable, her response was 'that's easy when you really like who you are working for'. What is in the water at the Go Wash? Was really impressed after my first car wash at Go Wash. Even more impressive they were able to remove in 20 minutes large areas of tar clumps near the front wheels and streaks of tar on the hood and windshield. Better still the cost was nominal. I was definitely a happy customer. read more

I give this place 2 stars only because the manager touched up my engine compartment free, otherwise the $170 detail looked more like a premium car wash. I could not tell the car had been detailed, they did not even treat the soft top but left it dry and discolored. Very disappointed. I use this car wash fairly often and have always had good service, but when I went yesterday Alejandro was the only person working the check in. He was courteous and friendly and very hard working. There was quite a line when I pulled in and he was able to keep the line moving quickly. When I pulled out there were three men standing and talking while waiting to dry off cars, but there were no cars there. I'm not sure why Alejandro was working alone, but he didn't seem to mind at all. He is definitely an asset to whomever owns/runs Go Wash. I'll be back and I'll encourage my friends to do so too! read more

Thanks GO WASH!!! My 10 year old Beemer now looks LIKE NEW!!! I had the "Complete Detail" package and it was worth every penny!! My carpets are beige again (instead of grey) and the console and dash are gleaming! My wheels look amazing and the wax job made my black exterior paint shine once again...my sad looking car is happy and sparkling once again! I just left and my rims are still dirty. 1)They told us they would call call when my SUV was ready and then only time they called us was when we were at dinner and they were wondering when we could get there. (Mind you estimated pickup time was 3:00). We arrived and again; rims- all of them were still black in between. Normally I would ask them to fix it before I paid the $100+ but they Carwash was completely closed up. If you're looking to detail- don't go to this place. When I pay to have my car detailed.. I've been going to this place for years and have always just gotten a basic wash. Today I upgraded and did the $45 ultimate which says it includes cleaning the seats. As I was paying and BEFORE the wash, I confirmed with the worker happy to take my money that my seats would be CLEANED. Less than 30 minutes later, they say the car is done. I was shocked that it was done so fast. I looked at/touched the seats and they have not been "cleaned." Not even vacuumed thoroughly. When I inquired, the on duty manager said since my seats were cloth, that they weren't cleaned. If they were leather they would have been. I said that's not what I was told and since that's the case, I want $15 back which is the difference between the wash I usually get and the ultimate. He said they had already done the job so he can't refund me. I said no you didn't do the job, I specifically came here to get the seats cleaned. He said that would be another $30/seat. I considered it for a minute and said of course you would apply the $15 difference. He said no. That's when I got the store manager's name and left. As I left, the on duty manager suggested I post a review on Yelp. Well here you go! I won't be going back! read more

Strange how diverse the rating is for this business. $13 for a basic inside/outside clean would be expensive by S. Florida standards, but appears to be a deal in Austin. The drive through wash did not remove all the bug residue but the hand wash worked. Nice drive, great view, and quick service. I would return. I didn't give it five stars only because I've been to better car washes that had a more personal, less corporate touch - and that didn't use that strawberry smelling interior cleaner. read more
