Do not waste your time with these guys. Arrived a bit before 6. Said the only service available was outside. So I paid $16 for this service. Once thru the drive wash, I was waved on with not other 'service '. Would have been nice for the kid to say what I was paying for. read more

Great car wash, and fast! They made my car look like it was brand new. Much better than the others in the area. And very reasonably priced. I was in and out in 15 min for a really nice interior detail job. Excellent! read more

After 6 years of countless carpools with 6+ kids, you can imagine the crumbs and stickiness all around. Express detail was needed! There were 6 people including the owner that had their hands in the car- I was impressed that the owner was hands on and detailed oriented. I drove away feeling like I just got a brand new car and it was so clean! They even cleaned under the cup holders! Thrilled to find a locally owned, friendly and gets the job done at a good price business to add to my list! read more

Always get a thorough wash. One of the few places with undercarriage wash around here. Wish they had longer hours so I could stop on my way home from work. read more

Two star loss. Paid $15 more than I normally do and got less than I did last time. Several bug spots on mirrors and hood. Hand to point out Several missed spots and reclean areas. After leaving I noticed streaks on the inside of drivers window. Dirt in gear shift area. Uncleaned rear view mirror, unwiped door trim's. Third time I've been in a couple months. The first ever clean was $60 detail and was worth it. First Signature wash was well worth it. Second, third, and fourth cleanings were scary bad. Like refund worthy bad. I've been driving from south Austin. Never again. I'll find a better use of my time and money. read more

I've been looking for a good place to get my car washed here in ATX. This place is just down the street so convenience was a major factor in choosing it. On the weekend it's typically packed so it seemed like a spot locals tend to use too. I pulled in on a weekday around 1pm. There was no wait and we rocketed through the wash. We had no less than two men working on the car and we were all cleaned up and out of there within 30min. I was shocked at the speed and figured something must be wrong - I looked over the car but it was spotless. My car hadn't been washed in over a month and had more than 2000 miles on it since the last wash so it wasn't an easy job. It also had about 50 days of puppy fur coating the interior... all gone. I'm definitely going to come back and give this place another go with our second car. If all goes as smoothly on the second go-around we'll make this a bi-weekly stop and bump it up to 5 stars. read more

Best car wash and value by far. For their $20 wash, my car was completely dry and no water spots were left to be found. They also did an amazing job on the inside, cleaning far more than I expected, leaving it spotless. With to included tire shine and rims cleaned, it honestly looked like my car was just detailed. Would highly recommend to anyone especially for the price and end result! Will definitely be returning. read more

Go Wash - Got my car waxed here 2 weeks ago and it is unreal how much water is beading off. Amazing. - Car Wash Near Me - Austin, Texas

Last time to use this car wash; price increases for express car wash from $13 to $16! Plus poor service; I even went back to complain about the non wheel cleaning which was suppose to be included; "manager" response unprofessional with nothing but excuses. Very disappointing; done with this car wash! read more

WAS Honestly Surprised how GOOD this place is! Fast , Quick, Friendly GREAT JOB! PAID A L O T More for Much less of a job! Thanks guys! Super Happy, Will be back! Chris read more

Blah-- 20.00 for a wash and detail (the deluxe) and it was a joke! Carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly, bugs still on my front end, detergent powder was still all over my windows, and my wheels were awful. For this deluxe wash I had to go home after leaving to re-vacuum my carpets and clean my wheels properly. As a lakeway native I really wanted to like this place but please! Over priced for a terrible job. read more

This is the best place to have your car washed! They always treat me well and do the best job of any other places I have ever tried. Jo has been so helpful to me and really is a great manager. Several of the employees stay here just because of this hard working guy. The price is right, excellent service, far and beyond any other car wash in the area. I would highly recommend you try it for yourself. And, please leave them a tip...this is a job that many wouldn't even attempt:) read more

This place rocks! Always great service that's quick and affordable. My only complaint is that there is no membership for people like me who are addicted to getting their car washed. I'm just going to have to buy gift certificates for myself I guess. From their web site: "Gift Certificates are NOW available!!! Holiday Special - Buy $100 get $25 free" read more

What a friendly a professional team they have! I did the full detail (due to an inconvenient gas spill accident on my part), and they took care of my car right away and it left looking (and smelling) good as new. They bagged up all my random belongings that had been strewn across the car. I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Has an indoor waiting room too. read more

Fast, thorough and reasonably priced! This is our go-to car wash in Lakeway. The shaded areas they have for drying help keep the car cool and prevent water spots. Hand drying is the best! read more

Came here on a Sunday at 11am. Busy place. A little short on help. So, I decided to go ahead and just get the express exterior only. read more

Rinse is too quick (does not get all soap off vehicle) and hand dryers only do a good job if they receive a tip. Keep in mind, you're already paying extra to have your vehicle hand dried. Also, be sure to check you bank statement if you use a debit/credit card. I was double-charged for my most recent (and last) visit. read more

Great Car wash! Fast Friendly service, Car was very clean and tires and wheels looked nice, good pricing for great value! These guys are fast and good a great job! Recommend a try at Go Wash In Bee Cave ! read more

The past year or so looks like the carwash was getting pretty overwhelmed with business management didn't do any adjustments , what is happening now you need to wait over hour for basic car wash and thats unacceptable probably my last trip here read more

Go Wash does a fantastic job. The entire cleaning process is very fast and they make your car look like new again. Whether you just need a wash and vacuuming or require a detail, they get it right every time. I recommend you check them out. read more

Really disappointed, purchased the executive wash costing $18 not including tip. This is an exterior only wash with a hand dry and tire dressing. You sit in the vehicle the whole time. Trusting they would do a good job for that kind or price I did not get out and inspect the car. When I arrived at my next stop I inspected the car to see I had some sort of contact mark on my rear bumper and the back of the car still filthy. While I can't say the contact mark was from them banging around with their scrubber I can say they should have done a much better job of washing the car. The only positive thing I can say was it was quick. Would not recommend especially considering the cost. It is a rip off. read more

This place is so detailed !! I came in desperately needing a wash at their closing hour and they still did a great job! Best car wash around! I went to coachworks down the street and that was a complete waste of money! read more

Wonderful staff and a quick wait time. My car was beautiful and clean when they were done, and I am very grateful!!!

I have a large SUV and I've been going to the same facility in San Antonio for years under their 'car wash club'. We moved to the Bee Cave area this summer and I just tried out Go Wash. My car has not looked better since I purchased it! The folks detailing the interiors never stopped hustling the entire time I was there (which wasn't long btw). When I told the gal working on my car that the job she did was unbelievable, her response was 'that's easy when you really like who you are working for'. What is in the water at the Go Wash? That great attitude might be expected from an employee of a fortune 500 company, but a car wash?! Oh...and my wash cost a grand total of $22. My car has a new groomer! read more

I have been using these guys for the past year and a half on and off. every time I try to use a different car wash on 620 around Lakeway I get disappointed there's guys always do a good job read more

Was really impressed after my first car wash at Go Wash. Even more impressive they were able to remove in 20 minutes large areas of tar clumps near the front wheels and streaks of tar on the hood and windshield. Better still the cost was nominal. I was definitely a happy customer. read more

I give this place 2 stars only because the manager touched up my engine compartment free, otherwise the $170 detail looked more like a premium car wash. I could not tell the car had been detailed, they did not even treat the soft top but left it dry and discolored. Very disappointed. As a car wash this place is OK, for detailing go elsewhere. read more

Finally an amazing carwash!!! You can choose many options of carwash, from the cheapest one $13 outside wash only up to $30 for both exterior and interior. I picked the $20 wash and i was happy how my car came out sparkling clean! And i only waited less than 10min for everything! Thank you guys!! read more

I've been here twice with a Groupon and am very impressed with both the quality of service and friendliness. I was in line with about five cars in front of me and it moved along pretty quickly I would say I didn't even wait more than 10 or 15 minutes max. My car is sparkly & clean, they did a great job on the rims too. I just bought the most basic package because the inside of my car is never dirty. Will definitely be back because of the great service. read more

This place is awesome! Drove my car from California to Texas and it was filthy. Decided to try this place because it was close by. They have several washes to choose from: outside wash only or inside and outside. Go Wash was fast, friendly and did a great job! Will definitely use them again. read more

Thanks GO WASH!!! My 10 year old Beemer now looks LIKE NEW!!! I had the "Complete Detail" package and it was worth every penny!! My carpets are beige again (instead of grey) and the console and dash are gleaming! My wheels look amazing and the wax job made my black exterior paint shine once again...my sad looking car is happy and sparkling once again! I've never treated my self to a complete detail like this before but now i'm sold. I am a GO WASH customer for life! The guys were so friendly and helpful. What a great experience!! read more

Super impressed with the job they did on my Highlander! I have paid far more and received far less other places. I'm taking my daughter's car there next week! read more

Just took my car there for the first time and I was really impressed. Everyone was really nice and my car looks great inside and out!

Tall order! We just got back from traveling across the country and our SUV was covered in bugs. Even though we only paid $30, they did a quick detail inside and out and our car looks amazing. Plus they gave us a 72 hour guarantee! We will definitely go back and take more cash to tip. Impressed for sure. read more

Don't understand the bad reviews. These guys were meticulous in their work and did a great job of detailing the entire vehicle. Arbor charges an arm and a leg for the same service. GoWash is head and shoulders the best choice. read more

Excellent car wash with great attention to detail. Started coming here when Coachworks in Bee Cave was sold and increased there prices 50%.

I use this car wash fairly often and have always had good service, but when I went yesterday Alejandro was the only person working the check in. He was courteous and friendly and very hard working. There was quite a line when I pulled in and he was able to keep the line moving quickly. When I pulled out there were three men standing and talking while waiting to dry off cars, but there were no cars there. I'm not sure why Alejandro was working alone, but he didn't seem to mind at all. He is definitely an asset to whomever owns/runs Go Wash. I'll be back and I'll encourage my friends to do so too! read more

I got the $30 full service wash....for $30, it is as good as it is going to get. Sure, not perfect, but definitely satisfying for the price you pay. Also, right now they are selling $60 gift cards for $50...so, I look at it as I also just got $10 off my wash. I would go back regardless of the remaining $30 on the gift card. read more

There are much better drive through washes in Austin that are less expensive. I paid extra for the deluxe wheel wash which wasn't worth it because they were still filthy. Lots of leftover soap on the car. The rinse is way too short. read more

This is the best car wash in Lakeway. I use to go to the car wash near Gold Gym on Bee Caves but this place is much better. Their prices are a little bit more but the quality is much better. Managers on staff are very professional and attentive. read more

Literally the worst Carwash ever. I just left and my rims are still dirty. 1)They told us they would call call when my SUV was ready and then only time they called us was when we were at dinner and they were wondering when we could get there. (Mind you estimated pickup time was 3:00). We arrived and again; rims- all of them were still black in between. Normally I would ask them to fix it before I paid the $100+ but they Carwash was completely closed up. If you're looking to detail- don't go to this place. When I pay to have my car detailed.. I expect it to at least not have black rims still. read more
