I was also told the property manager was on-site during access hours. Honestly, nothing said to me by Public Storage was true. The metal shed that is this facility (even indoors) was about 150 degrees (not good for furniture and art). There was no property manager anywhere. Had trouble getting in the gate, finding the elevator, and the unit. Phone number just went to answering machine. I left multiple messages because I was on the clock with movers. No one answered. Corporate gave me some other "personal" number for the manager, which just went right back to the answering machine. Now I have to spend more time and money to find a new facility that meets my needs, and move everything again. Do yourself a favor and run from this place and this company!

When I asked this store why the late fee was different fro. my contract they said it was corporate policy nothing they could do about it. They told me the District Manager would get in touch with me today but she never did. At another cubesmart location the manager told me they have a clause in the contract that says they can change without my knowledge and its my problem not hers. A loyal customer of 5 years and two different units she refused to give me a waiver for late fee. They inconveniently has to change the door to my unit because they had to do a repair to the door. I received notice for that but never for a late fee. We also received steep increases in the actual rent price. Be prepared to pay double your initial rate at some point. Take your business elsewhere ! We will! They will reply to this review with a generic help email. I have already emailed them and nothing was settled. Do not be fooled by their response.Cubesmart will do nothing to help.

On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. He called and kept me informed, through everything, until the lock was replaced and I received new keys. Thank You Juan for Excellence in Customer Service!! - Gayla S Irving Texas

My worries were few as the unit was Climate Controlled, regularly Pest Controlled and the property always kept clean and secured. The Security System is excellent and I never had an issue whatsoever! During the 10 years I had NO bad experience, none of my valuables were damaged or even dusty since the area is maintained as it has been. As far as the value, it was the most affordable anywhere. I appreciate that even after my 10 years I still paid half what I would pay in other states! Again, Amanda is manager of the N.
