I drove out of my way to get my favorite catfish poor boy. It seems the pricing has gone up and the amount of catfish has gone down. The best cheesesteaks by far in the PNW. I noticed this is a family run business. They put their heart and soul into every order.

Not so bad but the only criticism I have for this place are the portions. I wish the sandwich was bigger. I was also expecting the famous cheese whiz for the philly but ended up being a different kind. Don't get me wrong, It had good flavor, but I was still hungry at the end :/. This place from the outside looks kinda creepy, when we went through the drive through there was just a random person mumbling and pacing ... the chick inside was phenomenal she just kept it cool as the lady was just hovering then she just walked away .... the women was super helpful and really kind. She helped us pick out our phillys. Kept a smile and was really helpful. The only downside was that my husband asked for cheese wizz on his and did not get it and we just hoped it was a little cheesier we will ask next time for more since it was pretty dry. I have never been to Philadelphia nor have I had a cheese steak from there, so I cannot speak to authenticity - but I absolutely love these sandwiches. They definitely don't skimp on the goods - it's not all bread, although the bread is very good as well. There are many different options and they are consistent. This is one of the better cheesesteak options in the Seattle area. The only thing I would say is that it's a little overpriced. The cheesesteak was not a good portion size but it did taste ok. The fries had no seasoning and would have been a lot better if they did.. One delicious surprise was the wings! They were cooked very well (not slimy or over cooked) and the "sweet and spicy" sauce was delectable. Also, Wednesday is "Wing Wednesday" so the wings were marked down in price! The checkout girl is very kind, smiley and polite. The FOOD is overpriced 20+ for a large sandwhich with fries and a drink. The sandwhich is decently long but not very thick. The steak is pretty rubbery. Bread was nothing to write home about. The fries which were a good sized portion but 5 dollars were kinda gross actually which is hard to do to fries. Found out about this place years ago. I was actually going to a different philly place downtown and they were closed. I remember this one and dragged my partner along. The food was still as amazing as the first time. I had the original philly and cheese fries. It took awhile to get my order taken but they continued to speak and let me know they would be right with me. I placed my order and I think in less then ten minutes, it was hot and ready! Their "front-line supervisor Marie" is a joke; probably couldn't spell professionalism, or use it in a sentence if someone paid her. On top of that, when I called and left a message immediately upon tasting my cold food, they don't answer the phone, tell you to leave a message, then take 2 days to call you back and say we can't issue a refund unless we have the food!
