I was very impressed with Cynde's quick response to my email regarding my party request. She was also gracious enough to allow me to change my date due to the rain without a charge. October 1,2022 my family came as a big group. It was no line at the entrance & the guest service was great. (10/10 customer service). They have parking on site or on the street. We choose to park on the street & they gave us a permit to keep us from being ticketed or towed. Upon entry we went to the ticket booth & purchased tickets. (customer service 10/10). The whole night was chill and the environment was too. This is a family friendly place & a place for couples dating as teens/young adults. The only issues I had was the big rats running around the little kid track & the big red & black poisonous spider too. I feel like after parties are done trash should be emptied & area cleaned up. Very disappointed in the lack of staff they have here and their customer service. This was my first and last time here. My Son needed to use the restroom and I was disgusted with how filthy the women's restroom was with urine all over the floor, toilet paper overflowing in the trash just unsanitary all around. I purchased my tickets through Groupon a two full hours for $75 and left within 45 mins!!! I asked to speak to a Manager while I had left the Family Center, addressed my concerns and dissatisfaction with the place and all she could tell me was if you purchased your ticket through Groupon that you would need to get a refund through them and that she would give me the money back for the tokens that we still had in our hands, which was worth $5.00. I finally have the opportunity to leave a review, so here's an update. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It's supposed to be a place for kids to have fun, but the staff is far from friendly and doesn't even greet you. It's disappointing and unavoidable that they seem to hate being there, but it's unacceptable for them to yell at the kids and show no kindness. When my daughter didn't understand how to operate the cart and asked a staff member for help, they responded by telling her to hurry up because everyone else was already running. And they said it in a shouting manner. That is absolutely unacceptable. Kids get confused, and if you can't kindly help them, please consider changing your job. The carts are old, the staff is unhelpful, and despite being invited by a friend, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You will definitely regret it. read more

I wish I could give this place a 0/5 I went to this go-kart place, and the staff handling the karts were rude from the start. They didn't explain anything about how the ride works. When we were confused, they kicked us out, claiming they had explained everything. I told them we couldn't hear well, and one of them sarcastically said, "What do you want me to do about it? Red means stop, doesn't it?" The front desk staff were nice, but the two outside were really hostile and kept giving each other annoyed looks. One worker used hand signals to tell us to go, then got mad when we did. It was our first time here and had our kid's Birthday party to boot! They have rides for kids of all ages and for the adults too. The reservation process was pretty easy even for a weekend event. They have specific requirements regarding food but if your option is pizza, I highly recommend a local well established pizza place called Philipo's Pizza and they deliver! The staff was nice, professional, and very attentive. Most of if not all that attended our party drove an average of 2 hours to get to Go Kart World, but it was worth it just to see the smiles on our kids' faces. I had a party there for Grandson for his 11th Birthday . The staff was very helpful the day of the party. I think the adults enjoyed riding the Go Karts just as much as the kids. My guest at the end of the party had mentioned that they really enjoyed the party and liked the whole party vibe with the karts. I went here with some coworkers. Our group cost came out to $34 per person which allowed us to ride for an hour. It's unfortunate that the employees have no recommendations or summary of what each track was like. Pretty much all of the tracks last several minutes which all felt so short. There's a track that features fast go karts which cost an extra $5 per person. The race itself was much longer than the ones we did; make me wish all the rides were that long. The go carts themselves are somewhat uncomfortable and the hallways to get to the tracks are extremely thin. The place was almost empty on a Thursday night. The place is older, but my kids had a blast on a quiet Tuesday night during a week off from school. This place is straight out of the 90s, with old bathrooms and decor to match. However, the variety of tracks, short/no lines on a weeknight, and good prices makes this a fun place to visit. Despite how quiet the place was, service was excellent. I was expecting the workers to be lackadaisical since business was slow, but not at all. Their website touts that many celebrities have visited this place, but all of those photos and YouTube videos are from before HD was invented. Good fun for kids. They love that they get to drive and race "for real". Watch out for height requirements. My son is over 4 feet tall but wasn't tall enough to ride the track he was hoping to ride. We did have fun on the track furthest from the entrance. Beware Moms and Dads: this track is BUMPY. Don't race with your head on the headrest!! ...take it from me... hahahhaha The day pass is a good deal if you can hang out for awhile. I have seen Groupons in the past if you want to do a few races. If you are only going to do one race, they let you buy a ticket instead of a pass / package. Staff is a joke. On the super track you had to slow down for workers playing baseball on the track. Bumper cars was 15 minutes before staff even arrived. Even then it was 3 cars before I got one that worked. Kids and slick track had cars just parked everywhere so you had to avoid them just to go around. Very sad to see read more

Best outdoor go-kart track I've been to. My 8 year old and I really loved this no Frills go kart course. We were in a go kart driving within 10 minutes of getting there. It was totally worth it and we were always satisfied. I just went there for my birthday and took my nephew (who recently turned 18 so he can ride now). It was sooooo expensive. Like $20 a race. We used to race at this place for just under $5 (we bought tickets in bulk) for Eurokarts. I understand, inflation etc, but come on. The facility is the same as it was 15 years ago. No upgrades, no updates. There was almost no one there and they still made us wait until there was no one in line in order to run the Eurokarts. They have 5 or so different tracks and it's pretty fun but my son was under 52" so I had to ride with him and he was bummed. I got 2 rides per kid which only lasted less than 20 minutes so it's definitely a better deal if you buy the 1.5 hour pass than per game. The arcade was pretty lame, most of the claw games are a joke; there's NO actual grip so you can't pull a toy out even if you aim right on and its not tucked under anything at all. Staff were accommodating - from moving our party room at the last minute, to putting our cake in the refrigerator and helping our late guest finds us. This place has been on the to do list and recently from a raffle I won complimentary race tickets. I was stoked to finally make some time to visit. I hate to judge on the arcade because times have changed but also dont let them go to crap. I did have to drop $5 a kid because they were bugging. Then when they seen how bad the games were and after a few machines took their tokens the looks on their faces. Lmao. Momma said "no the games suck" but they insisted. Replace them with something else. Pleaseee. Definitely play at your own risk. It's a rough perfect place as far as the racing. We purchased extra races and visited 2 tracks. I really have nothing to compare it too. My family had a great time. It be nice if the races lasted a little longer especially if it's a slow day. I timed the races a tiny bit over 3 minutes. They dont announce nothing about 5 more seconds or last lap. A bell rings and everyone just abruptly stops. On the bigger track its so loud that my son didn't hear it was over. So he was bummed he had to just stop. ITS LIKE STOPPPPPP!!!! Like in Forest Gump where he's running to make a touchdown and the band is like "STOP" Anywayssss, they host parties and restrooms were available not in best shape but available. My daughter is five and seeing her drive was hilarious and scary because she did so well. Some fun photos boards/frames were available throughout the place and a Pokemón stop! Had an amazing experience with a first time kart rider today, my son who is 4 loved it. Don't let the looks of this place deceive you. Location just off the freeway looks sketchy, but if you're focused on riding, this place is a blast. They have six, well designed tracks. Karts are a bit old, but do their job. More exciting is they have quicker karts on two of the long tracks for you to ride with proper gear (helmets required). Inside arcade could use an upgrade. Some games are in need of repair.
